    According to the latest from ESPN, the crash occurred at 3:14 AM. It appears the other car caused the accident.     On a semi-related note, there is a great free app for iphone or android called "MafiaKickoff." It gives up to the second updates for the time to kickoff and dates of each Bills game. I've been using it for the last two years and have found it indispensable.
