  1. Instead of kneeling it will be bending over during the anthem. The NFL seems to work overtime at alienating its fan base. They should stay neutral on all social and political issues and try to insure the best possible product possible and that would be good football games that two opposing viewpoint people could sit beside each other and high five during the game. At least the Bills have It Takes All of Us on their helmets. Other teams border on nauseating slogans. But I'm just a fan that just wants to watch football, and none of the rest of the bull crap.
  2. It is football, not a platform for politically correct viewpoints. End of story. It's not a defining moment in history, just a day in our lives. I don't care what the players say or do six days a week, or even in the offseason. On gameday while fans are in attendance they should man up and be professional. If any player supports a rioter and looter, that player should be kicked off the team.
  3. As far as my background goes, I am an electrician, a vet (Air Force), and generally work long days, weekends and cherish my time off. Keep football at gametime neutral. There are enough venues during the week players can voice their opinions, it just shouldn't be gameday.
  4. The biggest point of this came from kneeling a few years ago. I think it is great the players have a cause they feel so much about. Their choice of kneeling gametime alienated many people. After their work hours have at it, but not when the fans that pay to see the game and relax (get away from it all) are there. If people want to enjoy the game but gameday the NFL and players are pushing it, where is the enjoyment for the fans?
  5. What is everyone's opinion? Should politics be kept out of the NFL? My opinion is yes, keep it out. For starters, after a long week of working and seeing the news, I personally want to escape from all of that outside influence and relax watching football. I do not care who is sitting next to me at a football game, from any walk of life, I just want to watch the game and high five. Yet when things become political, the game isn't as enjoyable. My opinion is sports and sports teams should be like Switzerland and be neutral.
  6. Keep him on the wall and in the hall. We have to keep football separate from politics in all aspects. When players kneel it divides the fans. We can't have unity when actions are made due to the current political climate. In my opinion political correctness needs to stay out of it as well. OJ was a great player and broadcaster until things unraveled for him, things that are in no way condoned anywhere. He made the wall and the hall with a stellar reputation, leave it alone.
  7. No, just if they get to the playoffs after losing to another team with a winning record, then when they get to the playoffs the probability for being one and down is pretty high.
  8. Call me out as being wrong but the Bills to be considered a contender have to beat the losing record Broncos and the winning record Cowboys. If they can't beat both and they make it to the playoffs, then they are done quicker than tables being smashed by Buffalo tailgaters.
  9. 1 Year. Hitting another player with the helmet just ripped off their head. lol. What a dumbass.
  10. They are a couple of offensive players from being really good on the O side. Or maybe a little more continuity allowing everyone to jell a little better.
  11. Cut him or trade him. Trade him for a waterboy
  12. He can only blame himself. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't he opt out of his contract in SF back in 2016? There ya go.
  13. Since the FCC got rid of VHF frequencies, my house is out of transmission distance from Buffalo and Erie. I buy the Sunday Ticket. If that goes away, there isn't much keeping me with Directv. Free to air, the larger satellite dishes carry all of the local stations from across the USA, for free. That will be my future route. As far as the rest of the cable stations, a subscription can be bought for those. Then again, I do have Netflix and Amazon Prime.
  14. Remember when Gronk cheap shotted White? I don't think there's a fan in Buffalo that would not have cheered if Gronk was injured on the next play. So yes!
  15. I wonder who he is going to play for when his rookie contract is done. All the good corners go to new teams for the money.
