That's is all true. I still don't know if I would want him with the Bills. But, I do think he is better than Dennison. So, if Dennison is let go (I prefer that) I would think and hope we get a better OC than Morton. I want a strong, innovative play caller with QB whispering skills.

I think Nagy will be a bust. I think he is in over his head. Besides his lack of experience (which is not the end all be all), I think he lacks a clear plan and direction. I think he has too much to learn on many levels. This is the type of coach IMO will do well with the correct amount of seasoning as an OC or his 2nd HC position (if he gets a 2nd chance). I think Nagy has potential, but, is in a bad situation for him.

It's an interesting list. Some are very intriguing. They may all be better than Dennison. Not sure on my opinion of Dorsey or Shula.

I like your thoughts! To piggyback on your thoughts..... 1. QB 2. Defense - LB & DT then CB --> LB & DT can make the biggest impact on our system and all the players at other positions. Our DEs will do better with DTs that can impact the play --> We need 3 CBs in our system MINIMUM. 2 good starters and one in case of injury. You always need CBs. So, resign Gaines and still need one more. Can probably find a strong system fit for the #3 in a lot of places and on a reasonable deal 3. Offense - see #1, then OL --> I am hopeful we keep Cordy. Play Cordy or Dawkins at RT or even G. So, we only need one OL starter

QB, OL, DT, LB, CB (keep Gaines AND get a 3rd) and OC Honourable mention - Danny "is this guy really still here" Crossman

Before this year Cordy was barely injured. If he can recover from the current injury I don't have health concerns. He plays with one kidney, I think? You can't get a better LT at his contract IF he is healthy. No need to rush any decision on him UNLESS he can't recover and we are selling damaged goods to someone.

I am not sure on the rankings for me..........I do like those 3 and would also include Chud. I think Defilippo is my top choice though.

Agreed, he has shown his ability to adapt multiple times with many different combos of players including QBs..

OC with Broncos for their Super Bowl with Manning. Then Chargers HC. Last year was Broncos OC and fired mid season.

Sweats, I always find you very negative and angry. Fyi, its not becoming. That's true. In every business people have ceilings. People are just really good at certain jobs and then the next job up the chain is just too much for them. I think the right seat on the bus for Tice is O Line coach and he is very good at it. My strongest guess is IF Tice is hired at O Line Coach Ducasse is not make the team or even close to final cuts.
