  1. Williams and Rivers are the 45th to 53rd man on the roster. They are back ups. IF you are scrutinizing Whaley as back ups for very little money as big whiffs I think you are generally a pessimistic angry individual. Salary cap prevents ALL teams and owners from having 53 strong players and must take swings on players for inexpensive contracts. Don't be angry, enjoy the run and what Whaley has strongly helped to build!
  2. Darn he is not on the Bills. Double farts he is on the Pats**. AND, too bad it is after the deadline to count towards a comp pick.
  3. Agreed! And, this whole fiasco, I am not sick of it at all. Usually I would be with any scandal. BUT, this is hilarious!!! They all think they are so smart and the rest of the planet is dumb!! I love it !!
  4. Clemens and Bonds too!
  5. Oh, didn't know that. Interesting. I guess he wants Alan Branch money this next season? I mean to not be on a team for at least half a year?
  6. That was my first thought LMFAO! I am a big Whaley fan. I don't knock him for the Watkins trade at all. Or any other roster move. But, this looks like a bad trade. Last year and this year too.
  7. If we are in the Super Bowl....GREAT! If we play the Packers that would be a bonus.
  8. Good stuff! It can't hurt!
  9. That would be an incredible problem to have. I do think Taylor may be good enough to be a starter in the league. I have the most faith in him at this point. Or maybe I should call it the most hope for him.
  10. Agreed! But, a helluva a football player. HATED listening to him on any media source at all!!
  11. Wowsers. That is why there are not too many sure things. Actually none. But, you can get close to a sure thing. And, going back to that draft. The only thing close to a sure thing was the two guards, Warmack and Cooper. There were many question marks on the 4 tackles. Joeckel and Fisher had less question marks than the other two.
  12. I think it would be hard to trade him and they don't have a better option.
  13. Fully agree!!!
  14. I like he upside on this WR. But, he would have to be our 6th WR. We may only keep 5. So, my question is do you think we could stash him on the PS or do you think he would get scooped up?
  15. It appears he is not coming back at this point. I would have thought if he was he would have been resigned shortly after the draft.
  16. Interesting take and I can't disagree with that! The first part is just silly. The 2nd part makes a lot of sense.
  17. I am enjoying this thread a lot! I don't think I can compete with some of these. LMAO!
  18. I think it is all silly. It is not broken, don't fix it!
  19. Agreed. We need to get to the playoffs to reverse the curse.
  20. I am confident it is not weed. I just don't know why he would open himself up to be scrutinized.
  21. Agreed and the hatred grows!
  22. I totally agree if you thought they cheated only twice and got caught both times you are crazy! YEP! When will the Pats ** give their apologies for this debacle!? That is the worst part to me (not really, but possibly), Kraft demanding an apology immediately from the NFL. One of the 32 owners believes he is bigger than the league. If he demanded an apology after doing research and looking into the situation I could understand. But, without any information he demanded it?! That to me shows he is not part of the solution, but, part of the problem!!!! Agreed. The Pats ** may have slit their own throat and opened up a can of whoop a$$ on themselves!
