  1. If this cost too much and they need to let him walk, I hope they take a look at Lynden Trail (Norfolk State) and Noah Spence (Ohio State)...I think both of them could be dynamite pass-rushers, in the proper situation. I would love to see what Rex Ryan could do with these two freaks of nature. Noah Spence is this year's Seantrel Henderson. Former #1 recruit, projected top-10 draft pick, who failed a couple drug tests in college and could drop to the 7th round. He could be an absolute monster, and an absolute steal. (EDIT: I do want to keep Hughes, but at the right price...and I think we need another young pass-rusher to groom anyways, and these two fit the bill perfectly.)
  2. I like this kid, a lot...besides Gurley, he is my favorite RB in the draft.
  3. I agree...Jonte Green, Rod Sweating and Mario Butler are a bunch of annual training camp scrubs. Green was cut by the Lions, who have long been desperate for cornerbacks. Brooks and Cockrell are the only CB's out of that group who have a shot at making the team. (Besides Gilmore, McKelvin, Graham, Robey.) Nobody is trading for Cockrell, Ladler or Meeks, either...they've done absolutely nothing. And if Searcy walks, he will most likely be replaced by a platoon of Duke and Rambo, like how they replaced Byrd with Duke and Searcy...either way, I really don't think this is a concern, at all.
  4. They are extremely close...Spikes will join the Jets to replace Harris, Harris will come here to replace Spikes. Musical chairs continues between these two teams. (I'd bet money on it.) http://nypost.com/2015/01/24/jets-land-pepper-johnson-as-d-line-coach/
  5. I wish I filmed myself burning his jersey, dude is a complete scumbag. I don't root for players to get hurt, but I wouldn't mind seeing him break his leg on Sunday. I just hope the team pulls this off, as I agree with others here...that is the BEST and ONLY way to shut him up.
  6. They do need a new stadium, with a roof...and it was a waste of money to "renovate" their already outdated stadium. Bills fans are the only people who think otherwise.
  7. Wide open, in the middle of the field...OBJ last week had a better catch, tip-toeing the sidelines. However, I would have been pissed if they drafted OBJ over Kelvin Benjamin.
  8. They gave up a 2nd and a 7th to move up and draft Austin? Not anywhere near a "boatload." And if they had even an average QB, he would undoubtedly look much better. Not to mention, the Bills drafted EJ Manuel in that scenario...which looks just as bad right about now. In fact, the only contributing player the Bills got out of that deal was Kiko Alonso, who has been out for the entire year.
  9. Exactly what "story" did he "concoct" here? Everything he said is 100% true, it's not his "opinion." Because of the talent, not because of the coaching staff...not even close.
  10. Yeah, if this obstacle, as well as Jim Kelly being cancer-free and their own coach's scare with melanoma, cannot bring them together and inspire them to make a run...I don't know what ever will...this is the stuff these stories are usually made of around playoff time. This has been one of most eventful (both good and bad) seasons in Bills history that I can remember. (I am 32 years old.) I cannot imagine a football season being more trying for an organization...I hope they make something of it, this is their opportunity to make a statement to the rest of the league, as well as fans and other spectators, that this is not the same old Buffalo Bills. Do they fold under adversity, or do they pull together and overcome it? That is the mark of a good football (sports) team.
  11. I like the part where he says one of his top-3 WR's had an excellent week of practice and deserves to be active for the game... Then turns around and makes the player inactive. (The house-cleaning of these idiots cannot come soon enough!!!)
  12. No, I would take McKelvin off return duties and let him focus on being our best cornerback. Because that's exactly what he has been for us the past 2 years.
  13. Not a chance in hell Tom Brady EVER wears a Buffalo Bills uniform. They will let him know when they are ready to move on, and he will retire a New England Patriot. End of story.
  14. "Good" teams win games like that, rather than finding a way to blow it. They are a decent team...lots of talent...but nowhere near ready to compete against the best in the playoffs. We will see exactly how good this team is on December 7th, 14th, and 28th...when they actually play "good" teams.
  15. St. Doug, huh? Is that the same Doug that decided to punt on 4th and 1, TWICE, in the 4th quarter? Is that the same Doug who said the red-zone offense needs improvement, but he left his tallest WR with the best vertical jump, inactive? (Not to mention he said Williams had a great week of practice and deserved to dress, then left him inactive anyways.) This coach is in way over his head, and gets out-coached in every single game. He does not belong as a Head Coach in the NFL, he was not even a very good coach in college, at a terrible football school. If 25-25 is "turning SU around," then Gailey, Jauron and Mularkey turned the Bills around. Terry Pegula's first big move should be getting a reliable and proven football mind in the building.
  16. I'm not saying the world is ending, but adding Kiko makes absolutely zero difference in terms of wins or losses. They need a QB and some offensive guards...that is it, every resource needs to be put into that this offseason. (And, hopefully, a new offensive coaching staff that belongs in the NFL...not a NCAA staff from a horrible football school.)
  17. I think the point to try and prove would be that the Bills would be just as well off with Benjamin or Evans, and a 2015 first round pick.
  18. Typical Boston d-bag...I hope Brady's knees get broken and the Bills win 31-0. That place and those people have made me leave behind my love for the Celtics, that's how much they all suck.
  19. The point is...they both make crappy decisions and throws, and neither is going to take this team anywhere. Kyle Orton's career completion percentage is 58.8%, and EJ Manuel's is 58.6%...they are not "long-term franchise QB's."
  20. I watched this last week, and was far from impressed...I was actually worried. At 4:57 he makes the same exact play as EJ did against the Texans, but the Eagles DE is not JJ Watt. He overthrows guys, throws at their feet, throws behind them...and he makes stupid mistakes. Kyle Orton is a good placeholder for now, but he is not a QB anyone is going to win a Super Bowl, or probably even a playoff game with. (And he had ONE throw in the Detroit game, to Goodwin, that a "long-term/franchise QB" should make on the regular.)
  21. We are yet to see anything at all from Bryce Brown, so we have no clue how good or bad he is or could be. Also, Branden Oliver has 148 yards and a TD on 31 carries...whereas CJ Spiller has 215 yards and 0 TD's on 62 carries.
  22. He's the least of our worries right now, the defense is fine...Kiko Alonso would make zero difference in their 2-2 record this season.
  23. I just looked it up actually, after seeing this earlier (I love documentaries)...and it is actually called "Bottled Life." At least I hope that is the one you were talking about, lol...if not, I'll let you know how it is! (It is all about Nestle though.)
