  1. Biden had zero issue insulting and threatening Americans over a vaccine that doesn’t work for a virus as lethal as the flu. Biden isn’t saying anything because that would put more negative attention on the disgusting actions by the folks that make up a core group of the remaining Democrat voters.
  2. RGIII: “How did they (LSU) let you leave the state?” “They didn’t let me…I left Louisiana because I wanted to go learn to be a man….to get away from the bad influences…” God I want this man to succeed.
  3. Draft Shakir in fantasy. If his targets double - why wouldn’t they; from 45 in 2023 to say 90 minimum - he’s a 1300 yard WR. If that happens and Kincaid continues his ascent, this is going to be a top 3 offense in the league. Coleman and Kincaid will be red zone monsters. That’s just me trusting processes.
  4. You turn 7 year old boys into girls. And vice versa. When you call that out I’ll do the same with this *checks notes* um idk wtf that is.
  5. Yea he was talking about his kid but convo was about Caleb. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders hopes his son, quarterback Shedeur Sanders, is selected by a team located in a warm-weather city during the 2025 NFL Draft. The topic came up as the Colorado coach was discussing USC quarterback Caleb Williams, whom the Chicago Bears are projected to select with the No. 1 pick of the 2024 draft. Sanders said he had "a problem" with Williams, who spent the past two seasons in the Los Angeles area, adjusting to playing professionally in the Windy City. "A kid that's coming from California for the last couple years, right? And went to Oklahoma. That's not terribly cold. Chicago's cold, man," Sanders told Russo. "You gotta think about that kind of stuff when you're taking a young man." https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10113180-colorados-deion-sanders-i-dont-want-shedeur-going-nowhere-cold-in-nfl.amp.html
  6. He was talking about QBs correct? Specifically his kid….but was having a discussion about Caleb.
  7. You were arrested for suggesting this 2 years ago and fired from your job AstraZeneca has admitted that its COVID-19 vaccine could cause a rare but deadly blood-clotting condition, potentially exposing the UK pharmaceutical giant to tens of millions in lawsuits brought by loved ones of those injured or killed as a result of the jab, according to court documents. https://nypost.com/2024/04/29/world-news/astrazeneca-cops-to-rare-deadly-side-effect-of-covid-jab-as-lawsuits-mount/?utm_campaign=iphone_nyp&utm_source=pasteboard_app
  8. I've been wondering a lot about CB this weekend. I want to believe it’s that they’re gaining confidence in Elam - who I saw today is the third youngest player on this new roster.
  9. The age of these WRs is so much more relevant then people think. Pearsall turned 23. In September of 2023. He’s going to be 24. Legette is going to be 24 in January. In the last 5-10 years - Smith in Philly only one of note I can find at WR - drafted at 22 or older during their senior season - how many become a star in the NFL? Someone please find me one other then Smith that I missed. Happy to be wrong. The rule of thumb with age is the younger the breakout season age - that’s a greater predictor of NFL success. Coleman had 800 yards and 60 catches at 19 years old at Michigan State. If Coleman played at FSU this year at age 21 you can bet he’d be a top 10 draft pick in 2025. And obviously where they end up matters.
  10. Make this make sense. The evidence is everywhere that Diggs had become such a POS that they took the dead cap and traded him 1 month before the draft. If last year’s Diggs show doesn’t happen - and he’s suddenly out of nowhere traded we can seriously question wtf we’re doing. For all the talk about Diggs the leader, I’d think he’d find a way to make it work with Allen and Brady - you know since every other WR that has come thru has done so. Or maybe they should all just request trades until McD and Beane are fired bc clearly your belief this should happen is effecting your ability to evaluate this objectively. I have criticized McD and Beane many times and felt after the 6-6 start it might be time to find new leadership. In the absence of our POS WR1 McD pulled off one of the best coaching stretches of his career to get this team a 4th straight division win.
  11. He was traded. We took on 26 million in dead cap. He was a no show last June. I defended him believing there were issues with Dorsey/offense. We fired Dorsey. He was still traded. Which ones were dealt by their teams and which stayed and won a SB? He was traded. We took on a 26 million dollar dead cap hit. Would you like more evidence he was a massive problem? You want to blame the Organization and McD go ahead. This is now twice Diggs did this.
  12. The team stunk last year until it phased out (he phased himself out) it’s WR1 getting 12 targets a game. The “better” team on paper lost at home to Denver and should have lost to the Giants. I was more worried about the leadership loss. But we’ll be fine: Allen Dawkins Bernard Douglas Von Ed Milano And there are some very promising ones in last years and this years class. Bishop SVP Keon - give him time Kincaid Carter - The DT from Duke Give me this group.
  13. I’m pretty sure that’s what they told him in June 2023. Because it’s clear as day now that Diggs wanted out after the Cincy game. Anyone still defending him now - I don’t understand it. And I defended him in June 2023. I thought if it was about Dorsey he had some merit. It was understandable to be questioning the hiring of a first time OC. But it wasn’t that. We fired Dorsey mid season. The offense looked like something was wrong. I can’t possibly imagine what it was (Diggs). But we still make a miraculous run to the playoffs despite injuries again on defense. And he was checked out. Helped get a guy fired. Set a clubhouse on fire. Because he always knew he would continue to demand for a trade and of course the team knew it. Yet we still played our ***es off to get in. And knowing we had to deal with this clown and still won thru it all, it does make McD’s performance as HC impressive - his team stood up for him and they didn’t quit on him when they could have especially knowing the Diva was checking out. Looks like they didn’t agree with whatever Diggs beefs were. If folks want to say this will be a wasted year - and believe me I understand - I’ll just argue last year with Diggs on this team was a wasted year. Raise your hand if you think Beane should have traded him in March 2023 and if you’d have been good with that? It was a no win situation for us. We were paralyzed by his antics and whatever freaking falling out he clearly had with Josh. Who I really want to stop referring to Diggs as his brother. Just say he was great for us on the field for 2 regular seasons and the first 8 games of 2 other regular seasons. Thank you for your service.
  14. You have 2 starters there - they determined Davis (plus Sanders in 2021) - made it not necessary to draft one in the first 3 let alone 2 rounds.
  15. No it wasn’t. Too many guys aged out and holes need filling. That cost would have been too steep with what we’re doing. Now, next year you might be able to make that argument especially if the following happens: 1. Rousseau breaks out 2. Elam breaks out 3. Bishop is a hit - Rapp and Edwards are good 4. Milano back to old self 5. No issues or setbacks at Oline
  16. Exactly. They stuck with Davis. They had Shakir to step in. They drafted other key players along the way to fill holes - like all GMs there were hits and misses. Yes I would have made a hard decision on Davis after 2022 to move on. But why create another hole in a SB window. We took our last swing to get over the hump with Von. Injuries derailed 2022-23. Beane is getting way too much flack over not having spent more picks on WR when 2 starters (one elite the other a hope for break out waiting to happen) were firmly in place. Which one was going to the bench after we draft one in 2022 or 2023? They had a plan. It worked. Horrific coaching in 13 seconds and injuries in 2022-23 ended our seasons. And Diggs quit in the middle of it. When, why, how, we don’t know - but it’s a pretty safe bet to say that guy just wanted to get out before the rebuild - and the only way to do it was to be a prick. That likely cost us on the field. This goes back now to 2 seasons. If he’s not a prick, they can’t trade him. He forced the issue. And we’re left a month before the draft needing another WR and carry 25 mill in dead cap. Be upset we might need another WR. But that ain’t 100% Bean’s fault. It’s 90% on Diggs and 10% Beane.
  17. For the record, I’m not upset about the WR room. The vision Beane had for this offense in 2024 simplified: Diggs Coleman Shakir Samuel Then add all our draft picks except the Duke DT and you’d have our team. Pretty dang good. But this organization was thrown into mini turmoil bc of Stefon Diggs. Period. If your take is “Beane has neglected WR and this is what happens” you’re just wrong. Diggs was supposed to give us 2024 and 2025. He quit (as we know now) at the end of 2022 and throughout 2023. I refuse to trash Beane over the WR room that was supposed to include Stefon in the plan until he tapped out and quit. Quite frankly, I’m sick of the fan base rushing to defend Diggs over the GM that oversaw the construction of this perennial SB contenders roster. It’s embarrassing. I’ll be rooting for Coleman and Shakir harder than I’ve rooted for 2 Bills WRs. And if we need more ammo I trust Beane, whose cap is all screwed up this year bc of Stefon, will find more ammo. Go Bills!
  18. Because Davis stunk and Diggs quit mid season someone tell me with a straight face that last year’s group was better? We played almost a whole season with our supposed WR1 having quit on this team. I'll take these young hungry guys and Kincaid over that and Coleman just might be that WR1 right away who knows.
  19. This team is the 2022 Chiefs. Reboot season. We were never coming out of this draft with a WR1 so I’m not concerned. I love that they played everyone with the “move heaven and earth” leaks. And collectively our WR/TE group is better than the trash they had in 2022 AND 2023. This is why I wanted to lean into OL. Hopefully SVP can keep McGovern where he is at LG and we have our C for the next 10 years. Coleman (90 targets) Samuel (90 targets) Shakir (110 targets) Hollins (60 targets) Hamler Shorter Kincaid (likely 120 targets) Knox (50 targets) Cook (60 targets) Davis There’s your 600ish targets.
  20. Lol yea they ain’t sold on the McGovern move. As they shouldn’t.
