Whelp, another week and another bet on the opponent! Hurting the wallet a bit, but can't break the streak! Here's to me losing yet another bet, but celebrating after the game. GO BILLS!

The next 3 weeks are going to be a gauntlet for sure. Maybe the toughest stretch of the schedule. There are a lot of seasons where I would think we would slip up, even against good teams, because of a lack of focus. That said, while we may certainly lose a couple of these games, I am fully confident in saying it won't be because of lack of focus. Josh actively pointed out that we are heading into a hostile environment and playing "2 time MVP, Lamar". This was not on accident. As much as Josh says MVPs mean nothing to him, and maybe they don't, I think it does actively bug him that he believes that maybe those MVPs, especially last year's, wasn't entirely deserved and I believe he will be looking at this game as a statement game. Then we have Houston. Well, we all know what that game and narrative will be about. I honestly believe that this team, Allen in particular, has had this game circled on their calendars. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the one game that they want to win more than any other. I think the offense has a huge chip on their shoulder and would love nothing more than to put up 40+ on that team. Obviously, it won't be easy because they are a really good football team, but I do think they will be 100% focused heading into the game. And finally, you have the Jets. Who knows where the records will be heading into this game, but it is obviously a Division game that means the most out of any of the next 3. It is also a team that Allen has struggled with at times and I think he knows that he has a chance to right a lot of wrongs in that game. He also is good friends with Rodgers and he would absolutely love to beat him. So yeah......it's going to be a tough stretch for sure, but I see this team remaining highly motivated to get all of them. In reality, 2-1 would be awesome and I think all of us would sign up for that right now. We really need to get at least one, though. Three......well, that would be a dream, but man, the hype train would be flying off the tracks if that happened. GO BILLS!

This was a great night. And we all deserve to enjoy it, especially the players. But man, next Sunday night is where we will have an opportunity to make a huge statement. It's not going to be easy to go on the road and beat that team in their house in prime time. Gotta show up ready because it's going to be a completely different kind of test.

I'm not sure there is a better CB tandem in the league right now. Dudes are getting after it and they know how good they are.

Dude....if that is all you are going to have Allen doing there, you may as well put Mitch in...... He can handle handing off I think.

It's obvious we have called off the dogs on defense. Everything is being played deep and to keep the ball in front of them. It's not the same aggressive play calling that got us the lead. I mean, I know what the coaches are doing, but I always hate it..... It would be different if the Jags showed any signs of being dangerous down the field, but they're not. Wish we would have kept the pedal down, but right now, it's about burning clock.

At this point it's all about getting this clock to 0:00 with no injuries. Hopefully we can get a stop at some point here (it's 4 down territory for the Jags no matter what), then maybe give Allen 1 more series and hopefully burn the clock down enough where Mitch and the offensive line can finish this one out.

Yeah.....not a fan at all. I mean, I am all for 2 Monday night games, but don't play them at the same time. Start one at 6 and one at 9. Or, better yet, have the 2nd game be a west coast game and go with the 7:30 start and then a 10:30 start.

I've been saying it for years, but the minute Allen learns to take the short wide open stuff on shot plays that aren't 100% open, it's the minute that Allen becomes almost impossible to defend.

Be interesting to see if Coleman gets a snap on this series. Hasn't played yet. But we have 2 TDs on the board, so I would keep on keepin on...... Keep the hammer down and take this team out early and Coleman can play in the 4th......

Hamlin got cooked. I know he's a rookie and had his training camp cut short, but I would rather have Bishop in there learning on the job.

Imagine watching Josh Allen play and still believing that he is overrated. Scratch that..... Imagine watching Josh Allen play and think there is a better football player in the league. Mahomes gets all the hype, and he's great for sure, but Allen is every bit as good. In my opinion, Allen's better because he can do everything Mahomes can do, but he can also do things that no other player can do as well.

Yeah.....I think they both need a change of scenery. Bass for Tucker straight up tomorrow morning. Trade should help both teams.

Great drive. Great play calling. Terrible kicker/special teams as has been the case for a long time. Ridiculous that Smiley still has a job.

I mentioned last week how bad my luck has been when it comes to betting games lately and how I bet on the Dolphins to win last week to ensure a Bills win. My bet on the Jags to win has just been placed. GO BILLS!

So far my only observation of these teams is that they both seem to play good defense, but they are very average at best on offense. Although the Jets just scored, I don't see either of these teams being able to light up the scoreboard on a regular basis. But, they will probably each win some games this season if they can score 17-20 points.
