You know what......I loved that interview. I know, doesn't mean a whole lot, but you can see the passion and the excitement. You can see the fire. And being youg and hungry never hurts. Personally, I am kind of excited to see what these guys can put together. I like the youth movement. I just hope this means it is about forward thinking. No more punting inside the oponents 38 with 4th and 5 or less......PERIOD. There is a lot more than that out of an ofense that I want and need, obviously, but that drives me crazy all the time. Be aggressive. Dictate the game and how you want to play it.....not the other way around.

BINGO!!! We may not know a ton about the guy.....his coaching style, philosophy, etc., but that is what makes this kind of exciting at the same time. At this point, I think we need the unknown more than the known...... Were there good coaches out there (who were just fired), sure....but I want something different.....something I haven't seen before. That is why I wanted Kelly. But this hire is along the same lines....we just don't know as much about him, yet. The only thing we really know is that he took a college team that hasn't been relevant sinc McNabb was drafted and turned it around very quickly...... Sounds like another situation I know of........ Now, we just have to see if lightning can strike in the pros as it did in college! Definitely is interesting if nothing else!!! I think the most important part in all of this will be who he brings in for a staff......Can't wait to find out...... GO BILLS!!!

Well........I wiah no harm on anyone, especially a Bills player, but Spiller needs the ball anyway. But, I guess it's time for Tashard Choice to get some carries anyway........

Why is Jackson in the game? He has done virtually nothing on the ground, but yet, Spiller has the same amount of touches as the Ram's punter. Makes sense....really.....

Embarrasing stat of the day (and there are a lot of them): The Ram's punter has the same amount of touches that Spiller does in the 4th Quarter........

Look....I like Fred Jackson and all, but it is time for him to leave this team if Chan is going to continue coaching. That is the only way Spiller will ever see more carries. But even then, I guess Tashard Choice would need to egt his touches as well. Better idea..........CHAN NEEDS TO GO. This is some of the worst crap I have ever seen. Jauron was a better coach at this point. And it kills me to say that. But Chan' personnel groupings and play-calling are just terrible. The best players are not on the field for the Bills, he has no idea how to manage the clock, he never plays for a touchdown and it makes me sick.

So let's review....... Fitz has barely a 100 yards Spiller and Jackson are getting a chance to run the ball (over 30 carries between them) We try 50 yard FGs We are playing with a big lead Where have I heard this before? Maybe Chan is finally listening? RUN THE BALL. DON'T LET FITZ KEEP THROWING, DON'T COACH SCARED!!!! PLAY WITH A LEAD........

Worst stat: Spiller 14 for 107 Why can't you get this guy over 20 carries? And why was he not on the field in crunch time! Average per carry to high? I mean......common sense.... You have an unbelievable RB and a terrible QB. Why does the terrible QB get more opportunities to screw things up than the fantastic RB get to break the game open? Just terrible coaching. This coaching staff emphasizes putting their players in the best postilion to succeed. By have Fitz throw more than our best player run is not doing that at all! GET YOU BEST PLAYER THE FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just don't get why it is so hard for Chan to call run plays with Spiller.........especially when they get to the red zone. I mean...pass, pass, pass. Spiller is one of the best players in the league and they just refuse to give it to him. I don't get it.
