  1. For a 4th string QB, he was not that bad. Sure he made mistakes, but there were a lot more to go around, so why pile it on Tuel.
  2. You are blaming the wrong guy Q City. The score was tied after that point, and maybe if Stevie did not throw his hands up and turn away he could have made the tackle.
  3. That play only led to a 10-10 game, but I don!t see anyone saying anything here about TJ.
  4. We are the best 3-6 team on the planet, and the Chiefs must be the worse 9-0 team in the history of the game. Any one know one worse, speak up. Tough one for the team, coaches, fans and management. It is hard, but let!s stop with the blame game and move on. One word though to Mr. Grahm. Your after game comment, "He made a good defensive play. I had it tucked. It can happen to anybody". The defense did what they are paid to do. You are paid to catch the ball, and protect it and you did not do it. The worse thing you did was not to admit you messed up. If you had moved the ball closer to your body and covered it, it would have not "happen to anybody".
  5. The winner of the poll is who the coach says. All this other talk means nothing.
  6. Thad was relly bad last week. Held the ball too long, terrible for the most part throwing, fumbles, int. He is a backup period. Just like the other 2 guys. If we can run rhe ball, if our receivers can catch the ball, and if our terrible defense can at least be fair, it could be a interesting game. Remember it is a team game.
  7. Why are you guys so pessimistic. Coach knows best and whoever is at QB we need to support instead of he doesn!t belong in the NFL. Sure, we would like a better situation, but it is what it is, and let us support the QB and the rest of the team. You never know.
  8. Does Bill Belicheck use analytics or does he use his brain, football knowledge and his intuition?
  9. You can get all the statistics on any player you want, but a computer can not tell you a players heart, can not tell you all the intangibles that make winning players out of losers. Can a computer tell you who is a leader or a cancer in the locker?
  10. Analytics, shamalytics. Are you telling me a tapehead from a company that has done so poorly is going to make the Bills a better football team. Give me a break; there are better football minds on this board than a computer guy who may not know the difference between the NFL, NBA, and NHL. He may be able but could have have fixed any of the last 13 years. Excuse the last post, the last sentence should read He may be able to fix Obamacare but could he have fixed any of the last 13 years.
  11. Do you want the guy to ruin his career for one game? Why is this thread even on the board. There are some smart viewpoints on the board, this title is not one of them.
  12. Diagnose all you want; the answer plain and simple is the talent level in the secondary and if we do not draft well there, the problems will contiue.
  13. The only teams that have easy games are the elite teams.
  14. Marrone knows what he is doing. Nobody on the board is coaching so let him do what he needs to do and let the chips fall where they may.
  15. A couple of good photos in the NY Daily News today along with a great story. One thing about the photos-he is at the radio microphone doing his show in a suit and tie. No jeans, tee shirts, etc. A couple of lines from it if I may. "Mazer could make you feel like Buffalo, where he worked in radio and TV for 16 years, was one of the country!s greatest sports towns."
  16. Listening to him doing the little 3 games was like listening to a opera. That was when Canisius, Niagara, and St. Bona were relevent. All of those games were sold out in advance and there were no scalpers, so the radio was the internet. Don!t know if one of them will ever make it back to the big dance.
  17. Most all of you are too young to remember The Amazin, the sweetest Radio & TV voice ever, behind the mic at Offerman Stadium and the Aud, but if there would be a Super Bowl for announcers, it would be hard to top him. At WGR and WKBW if I remember correctly, he was the man. RIP
  18. Times have changed and the world has changed. It will not be the same in 2113 as it is in 2013 as it was in 1913. The point being; agree or disagree, right or wrong, it used to be the man signing the check could chose who he would hire or fire and that was it, but now do it and there is a chance you can get sued, so maybe we will never know what happened in Houston. Let us see if any of those guys get picked up by another NFL team.
  19. Maybe you guys are smarter than me, but why in the real world when someone loses there job, they have "been fired" but in the sports world, they have "been released" or when someone plays poker or bets on horse races they are a "gambler", but when someone bets on stocks or the market they are "traders"?
  20. In response to post #27, Global Moderators, do what you think is best, although I answered why it was done in post #23, because someone did not like the title. The title and subject is similar to the one posted at 12:04PM, so use that if you wish.
  21. You know what they say about the stock market. Past performances are no way indicative of future results.
  22. Character vs. talent? Tough choice. If I remember Parcells chose Lawrence{don!t call me Larry) Taylor on talent.
