As a naive young stock trader in college, I thought I knew what I was doing, making decent money doing short term trades. Then I lost all of that profit and far more. Finally, I have realized at least I have no chance of beating the market in the long term and have resigned myself to simple mutual funds.

Most vending machines I have used accept dollar coins. They won't say it, but you can use them. In fact, the current dollar coin was designed so that vending machines that accepted the old Susan B Anthony coin would also accept the new one.

It's not like the NFL is hosting its own viewing parties for the Super Bowl. The make money on the rights fees and the networks make money on the ads to pay the networks. Whether someone watches the ad among 200 or just 2, shouldn't make a difference.

What do you do?

I would look into George Mason if you are a VA resident. They charge $12K. Part-time programs have a pretty heavy workload, so I would wonder how realistic that might be if you want to have any life outside of law school and work. Unless you have a lot of extra money and extra time, though, I would not recommend going to law school if you do not want to practice law. "You can do anything with a law degree" is a myth. Your age won't be a huge problem. There a fair number of students your age that go to law school each year. I know at least two at my law school.

A better thing to do would have been to give football players the same guaranteed contracts that players have in all other sports instead of tying the salary cap to local revenues and national revenues. I think the players association would make this trade. Yeah, it would suck for teams in that there is a substantial risk of guaranteed contracts but all teams would face this same risk. And I think football players would give up higher potential salaries for lower, assured salaries. (People are risk-averse for the most part, after all.) And would it be a bad thing to have teams more invested in the health of their players?

I think people were less upset about him going than they were about not having a good replacement either signed or drafted.
