Well Hasselback was certainly the way to go, but I made a small mistake in starting Smith over Green (both did poorly). In the end, it looks like I will win this round, getting strong performances from LT and McGahee among others.

I play Fantasy Football so I am not looking down on it. I just think it's weird to be going up to the players and talking about their stats when they just lost a game.

I was talking about the poster named "Tasker."

I am guessing he meant that the while the Pats will win the AFC East, they will have to play in the Wildcard round as the third or fourth seed.

I think it's kind of weird that people are coming up to NFL players commenting on their fantasy teams...

Based on what I have heard so far... I have replaced Smith w/ Trent Green. W/ Delhomme's possible benching/injury. It seems like it's just a question of starting which 2 of the 3: Trent Green, Hasselbeck, Smith. Right now: Green and Hasselbeck are my two starters.

Getting a run-stuffer should be the top priority in the draft, I think. Looking into upgrading the OL should be at least a thought to be the top priority in free agency and in later in the draft. The reason I say this is because run-stuffers are expensive in free agency and these players age fast. Luckily, the Bills have fully addressed LT with a fairly inexpensive player... making it much more affordable to have a good OL across the board.

My point here is that the biggest hurdle will be the Bills winning out. As Tasker says, one game at a time. Let's just worry about a win against the Jets first.

I have to start two QBs in the league. I currently am starting BOTH Hasselback and Alex Smith. Do you think I should start Delhomme or Green over Smith?

1. The Bills will score the first 10 points. 10-0 2. Defense will hold Pennington and company scoreless for the first half. 3. During Jets opening drive Pennington is knocked out by Coy Wire. 4. Ramsey or that Oregon guy comes in and score 21 unanswered points. 5. Bills offense comes alive scoring 17 points, making it 27-21. 6. With 10 seconds left, the Jets drive for the go ahead TD as the back-up QB breaks a tackle by TKO that would have made the Jets turn the ball over on downs. 7. Jets kick off a squib kick that somehow reaches McGee. 8. With an escort of blockers, McGee breaks through... the 20, the 15... OH NO, his blocker has knocked him down, OH NO, he falls out of bounds.... GAME OVER 28-27 Jets win.

I have the following QBs: Trent Green, Jake Delhomme, Alex Smith, Matt Hasselback Currently, my plan is to start Alex Smith and Matt Hasselback b/c Smith is starting against GB and Hasselback is starting against Arizona. Trent Green is facing Baltimore and Delhomme is facing the NYG. Any thoughts?

In the past, far-fetched playoff runs by the Bills usually play out the following way: 1. All the teams that need to lose do. 2. The Bills choke and don't do the simplest thing and the thing most in their control: win the rest of their games.

I am amazed that Eli's career stats are so poor. Consistent coaching is an important thing to point out. I wonder whether that might have set back Losman almost as much as the poor OL. Three different coaches calling the plays has got to slow down Losman's development.

For those who didn't get the point of the original post and this topic: 1. Note that I said that "IF the Bills move..." 2. My point was that with the Colts it appeared in the commercial for the DVD that they were trying to link back to the history of the BALTIMORE Colts, which seems disgusting way to treat the old Baltimore fans (my father being one of them--he has since adopted the Bills as I chose them as my team while I grew up in Central NY). 3. How does this relate to the Bills? Well, if the same thing happened to the Bills if they ever moved it would be very disgusting. (Imagine a Los Angeles Bills talking about their storied history, like the greatest comeback and how awesome Kelly was in some feel-good DVD about the history of the LOS ANGELES BILLS). The advantage of the Bills name is that IF the team ever moved, most likely the team would take a NEW name--making it harder to link back to the old history of the Buffalo Bills and add insult to injury to us fans. (AGAIN, I am not saying that the Bills will move or are in the process of moving.) 4. The post really wasn't about the Bills; it was about how crappy it was for the NFL and the Indianapolis Colts to run this commercial FU to the old Baltimore fans. 5. I KNOW THAT MOST PEOPLE DON'T CARE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THIS EXPLANATION. However, a small market fanbase like we have here should be mindful of what has happened to past loyal fan bases (Baltimore Colts, Cleveland Browns, etc) and be somewhat sympathetic to that.

I think that everyone in that both hates each other. It's awkward. I think Tony K has gotten better, but you can tell that the other guys can't stand him.

It was Ian Eagle and Soloman Wilcotts I thought. Gus Johnson is now paired with Steve Tasker and that pair was doing the Jets game.

The DVD is like if your wife left you for another guy and got married to him. At their 10th anniversary, they have a retrospective of all of their good memories together and include pictures of vacations YOU took with her.

There was ad for an Indy Colts DVD during the Sunday Night Football game talking about the proud heritage of the Indianapolis Colts showing the Super Bowl win, Unitas, etc. It's rather disgusting to try to connect the Baltimore Colts' history with that of Indianapolis.

No, they haven't done anything about this issue. WTVH-5 in Syracuse, which I think is also the only CBS for Utica, gets blacked-out still.

I think there was a game where Bledsoe was never sacked, as crazy as that might seem.
