The funky dink? No. I think it got autocorrected.
The time of day? West Coast is three hours behind East Coast. Facts. Under your rules players would be signed already because it is well past Noon in London and the NFL plays there.
That’s a you problem. My mind went to those plastic pictures you used to put in the stove. Maybe like a tie dye version instead of the normal picture of a bunny rabbit or something.
I swear I typed rinky dink but funky dink seems like a phrase that should have been used by now.
Right. It starts at Noon. East Noon is before West Noon therefore advantage East.
First: “Legal tampering”. That’s a stupid name. Call it “unofficial negotiating period” or something more accurate.
Second: You just know that there has already been a ton of “not so legal tampering” but everyone looks the other way.
Third: It starts at Noon which should be a gigantic and unfair advantage for teams in the East. If not for the illegal tampering we know is going on, the West coast teams would be having a hissy fit. The Cardinals especially since Arizona doesn’t do daylight savings. I doubt Beane would use this to his advantage if a West coast team beats him to a guy before it is noon there, but it would be interesting. I could see Kraft and Vrabel doing this and turning in the Seahawks or someone.
The NFL probably likes this stuff because it creates headlines and clicks, but it feels funky dink.
He has an elite mouth. I’m not saying he’s bad but Jalen Ramsey made more money off running his mouth than he did on his actual play. To me, the quiet guys like Douglas, Cooper and others seem to be the targets when the Bills trade or make pickups. Diggs and to an extent Miller were exceptions though.
Then they went and got 14 mediocre players like O’Neill, Laureano, Carlson, and keeping O’Hearn. I agree about Hyde. To be fair, I don’t think Seattle wants to trade a young pitcher but agree Mountcastle is a fit there.
They are really imitating Tim Murray the way they’re handling their young prospects. Kjerstad n3ver even going to get a chance. Mayo is probably up next. They need another starter but it doesn’t look like they’ll get one.
