  1. I'll go one step further...It's not just the wings, the ENTIRE restaurant sucks. It can go toe to toe with the best tourist traps across the USA.
  2. Dareus was far from being a "monster" in 2011 unless you are comparing it to his crapola play in 2012. He had a decent year in 2011, but I expected more from the #3 overall pick. Unless there is a commitment to getting in shape, I have a feeling he is heading down the road of mediocrity.
  3. I'd gladly take either just ONCE in my lifetime. The clock is ticking...
  4. Not sure I follow you. What does a 19,000 seat "arena" in Omaha, have to do with a proposal for a 70,000 seat domed "stadium". We already have a 19,000 seat arena in downtown, which could host all the sporting events you listed, outside of the swimming, and even for that, there is a modern swimming facility in downtown Buffalo.
  5. Indianapolis is an established midwest convention city with the hotel base to support large conventions. Most of the things you listed would not justify use of a 70,000 seat stadium here in Buffalo, but believe what you will.
  6. There is nice weather all summer in OP, and yet RWS stadium sits empty every summer. What events do you think will come to fruition if an indoor stadium is built?

  8. IF the problem with Mario all revolves around effort, benching him will not do any good. He has his "payday", and if because of that money, he has put it in cruise control, there is nothing the Bills can do except wait for a point in the contract where it becomes cost effective, and cut him. It is mind boggling that Bills fans went from the highest of highs when Mario was signed, to today.
  9. A performing arts center when the FNC is empty for probably 250 days a year? Once again...not needed.
  10. Didn't mama ever tell you not to believe everything you hear and read. It is not like they are running some 11 DB defensive scheme that no one has ever heard of. A 4-3 base defense is something most of these players have seen throughout their football playing days. It's not that complicated.
  11. What is a PAC? Also, read my post on the convention center part of this plan. It would be an ENORMOUS WASTE OF MONEY! They would build a retractable roof stadium, and the Bills would have it open on a cold, snowy day? Pass the bong.
  12. Says who? Sounds like nothing but an excuse to SUCK for another season, which is part of a 12 season SUCKFEST!
  13. I have no problem with a domed stadium, and would actually consider buying season tickets if we ever got one. I have several issues with this proposal... 1 - Location. OP is the perfect spot, and if they ever decide to build a new stadium, it should be built where one of the existing stadium lots are today. 2 - Convention Center. Forget about it. We barely have use for the one we have now, and Buffalo is not exactly the mecca of convention destinations. Can you imagine going to a convention, and finding out there is nothing else there but a barren waterfront? 3 - Retractable Roof. Waste of money. Either open air stadium or dome. Not both. 4 - Ownership. A new stadium proposal should not even be open for discussion, until new Bills ownership is in place. In the meantime, spend the 100+ million on fixing up RWS.
  14. I'd be shocked it the Bills scored 21 against the Texans unless 14 of the points came in mop up time when Houston has their 3rd stringers in, and the Bills have their starters in despite the score being 45-7.
  15. Two blogs written by the same person two months apart, just replacing Detroit with Oakland. What part would you like to be credible?
  16. I have complained so much about Dareus looking like he could drop at least 25 pounds, that If AKC was still around, he would accuse me of starting up the Dead Horse Beaters Society again. PS Time has shown that the Society was 100% correct in their assessment of Cement Shoes Bledsoe!
  17. It would be great if it as easy as saying we need a QB and a couple of LB's in the 2013 draft, and we will be all set. Chances of hitting on all 3 in one draft class are slim to none unless you are picking 3 times in the first round, and even then it is still 50/50. Also, your use of the word "great" should be reigned in a bit. Glenn and Gilmore have looked good in their limited NFL experience.
  18. I could have save you a lot of typing. The answer to the question is...Wilson.
  19. No it doesn't. It starts and end with the OWNER. Gailey is just a PART of the problem, not the ONLY problem.
  20. Your post should read... ...they are 1 FRANCHISE QB and 2 PRO BOWL LB's away from being seriously good.
  21. The can continue to play musical chairs with the GM, HC, and assistant coaches all they want, but(see my sig)...
  22. My sig says it all...
  23. OJ is probably still living the good life even in jail. Probably in solitary, is able to gain special privs with the guards do to who he is, etc... What a dumb f***. He murdered two people, did not get convicted, and could have lived out his live playing golf or whatever the hell he was doing after the verdict. SO what does he do?...gets in trouble with the law a second time!
  24. Why does anyone think the struggling Williams would be a better safety? For all we know he could be even worse at the safety position.
