  1. How much role does Rex play offensively?
  2. Let the foot references begin...
  3. Agreed. When they acquired Percy Harvin, they tried sub-packages, special plays, formations, etc. designed to get him the ball in space. I can't wait.
  4. Can we finally land a prime time game? Thank you.
  5. A proven NFL head coach with a tremendous track record vs. the Patriots? Not to mention inheriting a loaded defense that players should be familiar with (Pettine)? rumored to be bringing in a substantial OC talent. (Roman/Trestman)? Finally some passion on the sidelines? Yes, I think they totally missed with this hire.
  6. Okay, so probably not Big Tree Inn, but One Bills Drive is looking promising. Could you imagine the conversation between these two? Does Rex even give him the time or day or will he simply ask him to not let the door close too hard on the way out. Seriously though, from an assistant coaches perspective, will/can Rex and co. retain guys like Pepper, Donnie, etc.?
  7. Please retain Schwartz.... I would LOVE to see the madness that they can draw up together.
  8. I'm so tired off watching the league and the refs baby Brady. He complains and whines more than anyone I've ever seen. How does he not draw a flag for screaming in the refs face? Ridiculous.
  9. I'd love to see a clause where any team under .500 cannot advance into the playoffs. Therefore, that division does not send a team to the playoffs and the next wildcard team assumes the lowest rank while the highest wildcard team earns home field in wildcard weekend. I know it's only happened twice in NFL history, but I find it ridiculous a below .500 team has a legitimate shot at the title.
  10. 19. Strictly stick to major decisions based soley off TWS polls.
  11. Great read, thanks for posting. The author does a great job of highlighting how his intelligence is the initial kick start to his success. This "west coast" attack includes many presnap reads but also has many mid play, just second decisions. I'd love to see those packaged plays make way towards BFLO. Cut out the zone read and implement these zone/slant concepts.
  12. Leave no stone unturned, see your options and get a foot in the door with up and coming talent. Couldn't agree more here.
  13. Going specifically off the rough breakup in Washington, I'd say no. Given the choice between the two, I'd rather RGIII. Despite his recent struggles, he is still a young, up and coming athlete where as Shanahan is an aging retread.
  14. Ha! Nice. Now if we can squeeze Maroone to the Jets, were sitting pretty. There is only three teams in the AFC East anyways, right?
  15. I like it as well. They are covering a wide variety of candidates. However, i do hope they jump in whomever they find fit before someone else. If hate to be forced into a hire like they were with Meroone
  16. Bradham was our best cover LB this year. I think he would be a front runner for the gig
  17. No confirmation of an interview yet, am I right? Seems weird, you think an in house guy would be one of the first to be looked at.
  18. "As cool as the other side of the pillow..." "Boo yah!" Childhood favorites from him
  19. He was one of the greats and will be missed.
  20. Bevell has done great things with the Seahawk Offense. I'd be pumped to see his plan for EJ, Sammy, et. al...
  21. I have not, and will never, root for this team to lose. There is way too much time, sweat and tears out into this franchise by the players and staff to purposefully "tank" for a guy you're not even sure is going to be successful. Obviously I'd love a franchise QB, but I'd never root for a ba season to see it happen. Whaley and the front office is supposed to go find what they need, the same way the Seahawks did with Wilson. The last thing I want to see this team do is continue to lose.
