  1. Haha I just love pulling for 3rd string QB's... Maybe I've had enough But that game just got me rolling! Tuel time! Wait is this serious.
  2. Crezdon looked great. I thought he made some huge plays. Goodwin...Goodwin...Gone. (can i coin this phrase?) Jeff Tripplet pisses me off. I believe I can fly.... But as my buddy always tells me... Big tree fall hard.
  3. Gibran Hamdan played well today. Love his potential. We're going HAM? wait a minute...
  4. I was never a big fan of the Danny Crossman hiring, but after today I have to admit I was impressed. A couple ST points about today's game... -Powell is going to be a great punter. When he hits it solid, he is a top notch guy. -Hopkins leg is tremendous. I hate to say it, but he will beat out Lindell. -Our coverage units surprised me. I loved seeing Blue jerseys swarm the ball. We seem more discipline as I noticed lanes maintained throughout each kick/punt -Goodwin...Goodwin...Gone. Man, can he fly. -That being said, got to give a s/o to Frank Summer and the KR crew for creating seams for him. -I was surprised to see R Woods catching punts. With McLovin' out, I expected TJ Graham to be fielding punts. I wonder if the muffed fumble was nerves or what... -ST is such an under rated phase of the game and can be a game changer. I'm glad our new management understands this and seems to be making it a priority. -S/o to Chris White, with two ST tackles, who I never liked but felt he deserved this recognition. -Lastly, Garrison Sanborn baby!!!! (I used to be a LS) gotta love seeing the guy make downfield tackles. Hope to see the continued success. Go Bills.
  5. Man, I couldn't be more on the same page as you. I also thought the same. However, Easley looked like a real pro today. Tuel seemed to take the challenge on with confidence and poise. What I once believed to be a non-option seems to be creeping more and more into reality. Can't wait to see how it shakes out. Kudos to those who may have foreseen this. If we do cut Kolb, it's guarenteed to pick up a QB of the wire. Now it becomes interesting...
  6. I like the idea of keeping a potential star opposed to Kolb. I'm not in support of it but really I'm wondering why Easley is not on your list after today's performance?
  7. Can't argue with your points. I enjoyed watching the game and saw a lot of positives. I have high hopes for our rookie class in the future. That being said, I'll still be happy with 6 wins this season. With the strength of schedule we have and the amount of play supported on young talent, we need time to grow into a successful team. I loved how Marrone called the game and cannot wait for these kids to evolve.
  8. Jumping in late on the thread... but gotta say i'm impressed with our rookie class. Lots of room to grow, but saw flashes of what we need. Well done fellas. Go Bills.
  9. Solid day all around. He is sure making it difficult to not like him.
  10. Don't see this happening. Leave themselves two unproven rookie QB's? Just doesn't work.
  11. Good. Young guys can use the reps and would rather make sure SJ is 110% before coming back.
  12. Zach Chibane... I've seen/heard a lot about him. Mike Mayock was raving about Kiko on the John Murphy show yesterday. The days I have been at camp, Kiko has impressed. Flying around 100% and has a nose for the ball. I also love seeing him putting in work after practice too. He seems to poised for a solid rookie campaign.
  13. nicely done maddenboy. Remind me to consult you next year pre-kentucky derby.
  14. So you're saying he was the tallest midget?
  15. I think the increased practice reps won't have a negative effect given that the players and training staff are properly taking care their bodies. This might mean shorter practices during the week or less practice reps for more veteran guys. Along with proper nutrition, I think that pace is not the issue. Marrone has shown an understanding with this concept by cutting most practices shorter than anticipated. It doesn't worry me but it is definitely something I will keep an eye on throughout the season.
  16. 4-0 in preseason is all that counts.
  17. Love these. Seems that were progressing all around the ball. Still wondering about that O-line...
  18. Just keeping my fingers crossed he is the hybrid type LB Pettine needs.
  19. Not sure of the openings around it but the Elmwood strip is what you're looking for as far as bars and food. Also check the Hertle area as well.
  20. If that is the case, who is your reliable eye in sky?
  21. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/eli-peyton-manning-rapping-commercial-now-video-182127376.html Enjoy!
  22. Thank you. It would be a disservice to the sport. Never a fan of losing, especially on purpose.
  23. I always liked Sheppard and hoped he would pan out. Glad to see him making a name for himself over there.
  24. Have you seen Alonso play? I wouldn't be so hasty to cast off this kid. Obviously, he is making a mere reference. And a stretch comparing him to a future HOF'er. But coming from a guy who's seen every practice, this comparison may not be that far off. He will never be Ray Lewis, but he sure as heck could turn into a version of our own Ray.
