    I think maybe Byrd plays in prime time Thursday night against a pretty weak Cleveland offense. He gets extra rest after that game to rest his feet for the next one. Probably won't see Gilmore until the Cincy game.

    I get the sense that the no huddle, quick play offense is too fast for the coaches as well as the rookie QB. When things were going wrong for the O-line, they kept calling the same stinking draw plays right into the teeth of the defense. Early on, I thought they were doing it to open up space on a fake handoff, or a roll out, or some other misdirection, but there was none of that.

    TJ Graham never ever catches those long sideline balls. It is always PI and it is usually 50/50 as to whether it will be against TJ or the DB.

    Agreed, and the coaching problem is that Hackett is not changing his calls to fit the circumstances. Seems like a disturbing trend from him and Marrone in these first three gakes.
