OK. Concensus seems to be non-RB running gains are skewing the numbers. Bills passing at 6.2 yards/completion is 27th in the league. Skewed also? Questions: 1. How/why is the run blocking worse than last year. 2. Why then do you draft a RB # 9 overall? 3. Have our young guys regressed under Gailey? 4. Are the GM and HC not on the same page? Let's not confuse FREQUENCY of passing plays with SUCCESS of passing plays.

Right. It almost seems Fred has given up? Detroit is just as bad against the run as Buffalo, so why not give Spiller the ball? I still don't know why they drafted the guy of they won't use him.

Yes I do. There's only one problem: Fitz doesn't WIN games for the Bills, only loses them. There are some INTs you just can't throw. His late game accurancy it getting to be a real pattern. He's not the answer.

Yeah, I meant "shot" in terms of meaningful. But yes, I think they will win a couple: New England would be great but I just don't see it. The Football Gods would really have to smiling on the Bills that day.

Yeah, I'm not buying the whole "transition" thing either. Besides, they don't play the 3/4 all the time. These guys just get worked every weekend. You might expect a mild setback, but to drop to the worst in the league, there's issues that go beyond just player personnel.

He took a middle of the road, 19 yrds/game, 16 pts/game defense and turning them into the worst D in the league. Is it possible the he keeps his job for next year? Well, the horse isn;t dead: there is a game in Toronto this weekend. My orginal post was more intended to focus on the Toronto game and attendance then anything else. If selling games keeps the Bills in Buffalo, great. I can tell you one thing, the L.A. area will not support a loser. See Rams and Raiders.

Just out of being curious, I wonder how many people are going to show up to see one of the worst teams in the League play a mediocre one. The purchase of those games must really seem like a nice move now. Ralph really screwed what's his name?
