  1. I like them, but that formation and play was silly. Spread it out and let him run or read option out of the spread.
  2. Why punt at the 45 yard line when it’s like 4th and 5, and you are 2-8? Makes no sense.
  3. I am surprised they can locate their addresses.
  4. I would get the lyrics to Mr. Brightside. On my lower back.
  5. you beat me to it! 😃
  6. I love the national archives and national portrait museum in DC. Both are very quick trips in and out too.
  7. I feel like this is a pretty mediocre class. Reggie Wayne? Anquan Bolden? Give me a break. Might as well induct Peerless Price while we’re at it.
  8. that’s a great take! in other words, it is a song about someone who is super Billsy, who is trying to turn the corner. 😁
  9. I do agree with those that say that maybe the lyrics don’t entirely matter. The issue though is some of the lyrics are just plain awkward. “Her hand on his chest. Taking off her dress.” Awkward for a stadium anthem.
  10. only one verse and no bridge too. Probably took about 10 minutes to write it!
  11. I don’t know. All the stadium anthems that I can think of have strong and relevant lyrical ties. For example, “don’t stop believing” at Detroit red wings games. That ties naturally to basically the “don’t stop believing we are going to win” and the lyric about being “raised in south Detroit.” Same with renegade. Those opening lyrics are a perfect metaphor for the Steelers defense about to wreak havoc! On the video during Steelers games, you see it clearly, as they show that defense just wrecking people— the hangman coming! but I can’t find a single lyric in Mr. Brightside that works for a football game or the Bills, even as a metaphor! Great song, but way too lyrically specific.
  12. I am torn on the Mr. brightside thing. It is a catchy song, but the lyrics/meaning are so unbelievably out of place to be played at a football game. It just feels bizarre that that is the Bills song. It’s about some dude catching his girlfriend cheating! anyone have a similar reaction?
  13. agreed. That’s how every game with them has been, regular season and playoffs. They all come down to 1 or 2 plays. that’s why this media narrative of “can the bills beat KC in the playoffs?” Is bogus. There’s really nothing to do other than execute a play or two better near the end of the game.
  14. To be fair, it is tougher to figure things out when you are running AJ Klein as your main linebacker.
  15. I think they are great. But I have more faith in McD to figure them out.
  16. Bills are going to run the table. there is no way they are losing to Detroit. Once McD schemes up against the lions, the entire league will have the blueprint on the Lions too. I would be dreading that game if I were the Lions.
  17. these kickers have so many ups and downs. Wouldn’t surprise me if he suddenly gets the yips in a season or two, just like Bass.
  18. I remember that Henry play like it was yesterday! So outrageously stupid.
  19. It’s like a nightmare memory. all I can remember is a flash of Samuel and Josh Allen running straight into 3 monster linebackers descending on his throwing elbow.
  20. This is classic battered bills fan syndrome. Right when week 12 hits, start looking to the offseason and those priceless comp picks!!
  21. the game day thread is like a real time look into the working minds of about 1000 traumatized Bills’ fans. Scientists will one day dissect those threads to find the cure for schizophrenia.
  22. This. We signed Samuel to be sort of a Deebo-lite, not a traditional receiver. He had a great game yesterday, but wondering when he is going to be used as intended.
  23. at first glance, that seems like a toral blown coverage. But I think worthy ran a great route and got Rapp with way too much inside leverage, and Rapp could not recover.
