  1. Yup... Can't neglect our Cowboy connection with Hollywood Henderson, Dwayne Goodrich and Nate Newton... and not forgetting HOFer Bob Hayes!
  2. Depth would be my concern. I like having six solid WRs, and Hardy really can't be called that as of yet. We have five. While I'd like to see Steve Johnson play more, if we can't get a 2nd or 3rd for Reed, there's no need to trade him.
  3. Just for the record, Georgia State Law says... § 16-6-6. Bestiality (a) A person commits the offense of bestiality when he performs or submits to any sexual act with an animal involving the sex organs of the one and the mouth, anus, penis, or vagina of the other. (b) A person convicted of the offense of bestiality shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years. I think they need to start an off shoot section of TSW called "just plain gross". Still, I can laugh.
  4. Thanks for the info. Excellent post. It's hard to get any bits of the real goings-on in Bills camp down in Georgia.
  5. Wow, those cheerleaders sure are tall
  6. AR??? Try ANY state in the South, although Arkansas might well be assumed in a case like this. SOOIEEE! Atlanta has some real gems living here.
  7. They try to push tourism anyway.
  8. Seems like signing Byrd should be a no-brainer, unless he's looking for a shorter or longer deal... 2.41 - CB, Darius Butler, Connecticut - Signed - 4-years, $4.325M ($2.735M guaranteed) 2.43 - DE, Everette Brown, Florida State - Signed - 4-years, $4.3M ($2.685M guaranteed) The Bills have a pretty well defined range to sign Byrd and get him in. Let's say 4 years 4.3125M with 2.71M guaranteed. Just a wild guess.
  9. It does sound like he was a great guy. Sad. Atlanta's three top news headlines today: Triple Shooting Leaves Elderly Couple, Grandchild dead Pro Boxer shot, killed in Southwest Atlanta Atlanta Councilman Carjacked at Gunpoint Atlanta Tourism is taking a beating
  10. They're both a concern for both Maybin and the Bills. If Crabtree signs first, the bar is set on the high end. If Moreno is signed, there's your floor for the Bills offer and they'll go up from there. Thankfully, neither 10 or 12 are QB's. Leodis McKelvin's contract from last year will also factor in since he was #11 (5 years, $19.4M). 2.41 - CB, Darius Butler, Connecticut - Signed - 4-years, $4.325M ($2.735M guaranteed) 2.43 - DE, Everette Brown, Florida State - Signed - 4-years, $4.3M ($2.685M guaranteed) Seems like the Bills have a pretty well defined range to sign Byrd and get him in. Let's say 4 years 4.3125M with 2.71M guaranteed.
  11. No news from Denver on #12 Knowshon Moreno yet. They're having problems with Robert Ayers and there is no mention of what Moreno's status is, other than not signed.
  12. Funny, yet true. It should just be the whole state of Michigan on the list.
  13. Casinos would bring in tourists. It would keep money IN Buffalo. It would boost local business, it would generate revenue, period. Pittsburgh has built a casino, because they see the benefit. Have it all right in downtown. Why incur the cost of all of that infrastructure?
  14. The guy needs a chance. None of us know what went on in the meeting with Goodell. I hope Goodell hammered Vick about the point that he lied repeatedly to the commish before he went to jail. All I know is he should get the chance to move on. Athletes become bigger than life and you never know what experiences will humble them. Hopefully this did for Vick. Ray Lewis seems to have turned his life around, and you probably would have deemed him as heartless and sub-human considering the incident in Atlanta. He wasn't convicted of anything, but he has pretty much been a role model since.
  15. I think I heard he averaged 54 seconds per at bat throughout the game.
  16. I don't know how many different ways people can say he was serving his suspension concurrently with his prison term until some get it. The four extra games is fine. He has paid his debt to society, whether people feel the sentence was just or not. Now, it is up to some NFL team to be willing to take the risk on him. Personally, he is best suited for the UFL. Let that league go through putting up with the protests from PETA. It would probably be good for the UFL to gain some notoriety, no matter if it's good or bad.
  17. My two year agreement is up in August, so I'll give it a try. Thanks for the info, Skooby!
  18. That boy has some serious permanent beer goggles, considering Hillary, Paula Jones, and Monica Lewinsky. Gennifer Flowers was a step up for Clinton. I'm sure if Slick Willy had been at Tahoe, he would have been all over Ben's girl too.
  19. It is ironic when you bring up the word class, when you are defending this girl. Waiting one year and filing only a civil case. After all, in 1 Timothy 6:10, the Bible teaches us that the love of money is the root of all evil. Yes, civil case means money. Now that's classy I don't think God would like your reference to self-gratification, either. Thank you RJ for keeping us heathens straight.
  20. No Jon Anderson and no Trevor Rabin equals a Yes cover band, even if they do have Howe, Squire and White. Asia has their original members with Howe doing double duty. All in all, it sounds like it may be a bad trip to the 80's. (and 70's for Yes). I'd be curious what they play, since Howe wasn't around for "Owner of a Lonely Heart", "Leave It" and the like. Probably more "classic" Yes music.
  21. There's a news broadcast going on?
  22. Just the norm in the days of the "Bickering Bills"
  23. Quite a few plays in SB XXV, but one that sticks with me was an Andre Reed dropped pass on 3 and 1 near mid-field and the Bills up by a TD in the 2nd quarter. If the drive had continued the Bills could have been up by at least 13-3, maybe 17-3 and the Giants would have been reeling. Instead, the Bills had to punt because of the drop. The inability to tackle Ingram was even bigger.
  24. Totally useless interview. I'm waiting for all to join hands and sing Kumbaya. News flash...he thinks the Bills have a good shot to make the playoffs this year!
