I'd say no. Terry and Kim have had a plan for years. A multibillionaire doesn't put millions into a city without a long term plan on investing without getting a portion if not all of it back. I really think they know what UB is doing and have had plans to build that area up ever since he bought the Sabres. He used to sit with the fans and went to Bills games long before people knew who he was. It does take time, planning and advisors to come up with a plan that helps out the city but also benefits all those involved. What I can see is a new Bills stadium but closer to the UB 20 project with a very nice convention center along with it so it is a year round destination. With the Harbor center being a year round attraction now and it looks very nice with a short walk to a convention center and stadium will bring in business and medical businesses as well. How does this change and how can he get the founding from the state? By making this a multi-complex with a convention center and maybe a little plaza inside with shops and restaurants, improves the quality of life and helps build new businesses in which they will get a huge tax break but also maybe even federal founding if done right. Of course major obstacles need to be passed like proof it will improve and be successful and can the city even handle it? The reason why us peasants don't know what's going on is people need to rub elbows and the right palms need to be greased. I would be willing to bet this was all talked about well before Harbor Center was ever built and even the Sabres First Niagara Center was ever updated. They sit back and say what about long term? Think about it. A huge convention center attached with a dome stadium right by the Casino and UB project. In the middle of winter it would be nice to walk from the hospital to a convention center in order to get to the casino? Hotels right there. Year round activity.

I agree 100%. We had a decent line when Chan was around, then saint dougy came in and things went down hill. Yes some interior lineman left but I feel it was also the way they were told to block or the technique. Not to mention the very conservative approach the Bills were playing. I would be at the bar and most people were calling the plays before the snap. If bar experts can call it imagine the other teams. The system will be different along with the schemes. Yes ground and pound but Roman has been around and knows how to mix it up. That being said the QB situation as well. The offense itself will be much different and it will help the line as well. Once they start loading the box, Roman will open it up. People can say what they will about EJ or even Cassel but you can see the Bills are doing what the Ravens did. I said this before Rex and have said this team reminds me of them but I think this defense and offense might be better. We have more weapons and we will have that chemistry. When a team is all in sync its very hard to beat them.

The bolts will score some points on us. I have us winning 31-17 and here is why: 1. They have the biggest offensive line meaning our outside pass rush will contain Rivers, but the middle will collapse as we bull rush and force Rivers to try and make plays. We get at him all day long. 2. That being said, he has a bad day and throws several picks, and Super Mario has a field day with a great day of sacks. 3. Our o-line stays steady and we don't bull rush this team but use counter sweeps to keep them off guard. EJ has a great day! He throws all day to Woods. Woods is hurting but will have a big day along with Williams. Sammy has an off day as the key on him and take him and CJ out of the picture. Freddie has a huge day again. 4. The game will be close at half time and we might even be behind but we show why we have 4 running backs in the third quarter. They will stack the box on us and EJ will be told to stretch the field to keep them honest. I would even expect it on the very first play of the game! 5. We play the field positioning game again with special teams and make the bolts earn every bit of their points which will wear them down and again Rivers has a bad day and I can even see a pick six this week.

Buffalo will be coming out throwing. They will be hitting Woods on quick slants and some screens to slow down the bolts for stacking the box. We might even hit a deep pass right off the gate so we slow down the safety and keep them from sneaking down. That would not surprise me one bit if Goodwin is in on the first play just for that purpose! The bolts will be passing alot so Spikes wont have yet another big game but we will be blitzing them a lot. I expect Rivers having his worst game against us. All the analyst will be using that as an excuse as to why they lost not because the Bills are doing great but a bad game by rivers. Sad that they can't realize we are a legit team and that we plan very very good now. Marone brought in a group just to scout the next team we play so they can have all the tapes and see first hand what they will be up against. I don't think that has been done in the past. The bolts will be out of sync and we win a very good game. This is a pivotal game for us as we can run the table and Marone knows this. They will be very prepared and fired up again. This game goes our way and we win 31-17. The first half will be a struggle and a close game but the second half adjustments just kills the bolts.

But the Super Bowl is in 2015!? Meaning we get blown out by 41 points.......

Like it or not, it's always about the money. The biggest issue here isn't about one or two football players abuse but the way we the fans feel about it. The big sponsors only act when the fans act out. The players get too big of a check and the NFL takes on too much money so when things go south they go south quick. The old saying that one oh sheeeit ruins the 10 great that a boys. In the NFL when company's pay big time for sponsor-ships they just wait for that one mistake to say we'll wait or stop then like a domino more follow. I'm not sure what AP did or did not do with his children, so this isn't about him but what he represents. Roger G. has made it a point to punish players for anything, and it's starting to come full circle. Not that what he does is exactly right or wrong but the fact that he pushed this giant of the NFL to such heights of sponsorship that any little wrinkle becomes a huge wave. He made his bed by doing this now he has to sleep in it. He takes people from all aspects of society for a profit and thinks that they will be perfect citizens. For this it will be his demise, or fate. He like most other owners became money hungry and used his players to get there. It bit him in the arse and he will eventually be asked to step down with a new CEO for the league who will drop some games from TV like just 1 Monday night game and cut most Thursday games out. Yes the NFL will cut back on the deals and not be so profitable but again the BS and all the little problems in the NFL will start to be pushed away like it used to be.

Here we go! 31-17 Buffalo. Rivers will be throwing all day and the chargers have running back issues. The bolts are the only team with bigger lineman than ours. Meaning: 1. Mario has a super day! Hughes will come from the other side and the middle collapses. Bills have BIG numbers with sacks. 2. Rivers will not have time to run around and has a very bad day with us. Gilmore becomes Happy with a couple picks:) 3. Woods will be the man of the day. They will take away Sammy so Williams has a couple high jump TD's and Woods has big numbers catching. 4. FREDDIE's day. CJ wont get many times as they stack the box against him so he draws small numbers but Freddie has a decent game with 90+ yds running and CJ gets about 40+ 5. EJ has a very big day and reads the hot reads and hits Woods all day long. Woods has at least 9-10 catches and over 100 yards. We take this game on and finally people start saying hey the Bills are legit. To all analyst, we all BILLIEVE and you should have circled the wagon sooner. But now that you will be on board welcome!

I have said it before that this is a pivotal game for us. If we win which I think we will 31-17 we can go 12-4 on the season. Here's why we win: 1. They are the only team with bigger o-line than ours, meaning we win with speed and Bull rushes. We will use speed on the edges to contain Rivers and Marcel and Kyle will collapse the middle. Rivers will be in for a long day. Eats turf 5 times and we have a big game. When Rivers throws, we pick him off several times. One of Rivers worse games will be against us. EJ will have a great day along with Mr Woods. Sorry but this day belongs to Woods and Freddie! They contain Sammy leaving Woods with outside slants. Don't count out our very own Williams as he has a great leaping catch in the endzone not once but twice as we really drive that home since we didn't do that against miami. 2. Going back to our defense, they will give us great field position along with special teams who again has a good day (2 games in a row). They won't do the same as miami game but get us in a good position to take the lead early. Rivers gets frustrated all day. Super Mario lets them know he's the man! Big day for Mario and company. 3. We win a big game and finally all the ANALyst start saying we are legit. We take control of this game easily and ride a very good high! 4. We run the ball all day and have almost 200 yards on the day. It will take a few quarters to start to get big runs but we will. They will key in on Spiller but Freddie lets them know we have more backs than they can handle. Great game to to take control over.

It was a great game as expected. I thought it was going to be tougher than it was. Our offensive line is by far one of the very best lines in the NFL. That being said, our defense is just as good. This is scary good. I've said it this whole time and again. EJ does not have to win us games but manage them like he has been. Our team is that good. And I also called it about our special teams this week. Next week will be a very pivotal game for us. If the Bills can take the bolts who has the only offensive line bigger than ours then we have a shot of 12-4. I'm saying it again 12-4! I predicted 10-6 or 11-5 but we can do this. My hats off to the Bills this weekend, and it was great being at the game. Just a great time and great team to watch. I just can't wit to hear or see how many pick the Bills this weekend? How many points Vegas has us as underdogs????/ Buffalo 31-bolts 17. Yup 31-17 Bills. Rivers has a bad day! Corey don't worry about those dropped picks you could have had because you will get 2 this Sunday and Super Mario has his day! Rivers eats turf at least 5 times!!!!

We may have the worst fan base but at least we have one. My advice is get past the 90's dude, you sucked back then and suck now. Go hit the blow and get put on 48hrs so real football fans can watch a game.

Dude there is no way after one game that was played in miami in 90 degree heat that you can say that miami has a better o-line. It will be a test for the Bills but remember this. miami has no true starting LB's right now. That being said by the second quarter a few misreads will be all it takes then we will walking up and down the field. You have 2 running backs, we have 4 plus a fullback. You have 2 good front 4, we have 3 that went to the probowl. The more I research the fins, the more I start thinking this won't be a game. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but dude it was the first game of the year and the patsies aren't half as good as people think and your team just proved it. 5 new starting line man and not much pressure on the qb????? I really see a rough day for you guys.

I have the Bills 17-10. Miami won't get wore down like the patsies. Buffalo has a much better run game and much better offensive line than the pats. It will be a run stopping game with many slants and screens again. Chicago has a much better offense than miami, but miami's oline is better as well. I give our defensive front the nod and say we eventually get to the qb, and we shut the run down better than what patsises did. This is our game and we might even get 24 points the more I think about it. Don't be surprised if our special teams come up with a big game this weekend also. Am I like the only one around who really thinks this team can go 12-4 on a season? I said 10-6 or 11-5 but feel if we get a few good bounces then 12-4. This miami game will be tough but we have them beat. Many put us down but we are much tougher than people think.

Dude great post! YES!!!!! One thing we should most likely look at now is do we call it Pegulaville and are we now Pegulains or are we still Buffalo and Buffalonains? Bless you Terry for making our year! We knew you would do it!

Nice! I'm not on here much and many don't know me, but in my area and family I was the only one who said the Bills would win! I predicted 23-10 so when the game was tied I was nervous. I truly BILLIEVE this team can go 11-5 or 12-4 this year. I can't see why many people feel different? Yes we lost Kiko but gained Spikes and Rivers to offset that. Swartz is a huge defensive guy and can stop the run. Chicago is a very high powered offensive team so that was huge showing we can do it. Miami 17-10 Final Buffalo wins again because home field advantage. Our defense is better and we will run all day long. Our offensive line is much better than the pats so we won't have those issues but it will be a tough game. If Buffalo goes 4-0 then I'm saying now we go 12-4 on the season.

When we first started out I too was a little worried especially when Chicago just walked down the field. In the back of my mind I was saying this is going to be a long day. Then we bounced back. Something we couldn't do a year ago. I did say we would win but was nervous when we were down, but then the play calling was good. EJ should have thrown a little better and Chandler should have caught the ball. I put blame on both of them. What made me really happy is the Bills used all the backs yesterday. No big stars running 200 yards a game, but each had a chance to contribute. It will keep them fresher and keep the Bills run game stronger. Hats off to the offensive lineman! Great job yesterday blocking. Chicago has some big name guys who have more sacks than our guys and they held them off. I can't express how important that is. The guys up front made things happen! The Defense came up! I said 5 sacks, but Cutler did quick passes so 2 was great because Cutler had to take an extra time out to change his pants because the defense made him soil himself! Great plays on the ball, and our secondary did a good job containing them. Don't put down #21 too much as he caused a fumble and turned things around! Great job by them. Our special teams was special. Great job by all as well. Good punting and hitting was incredible. Time for OUR BILLS TO TAKE A DAY LIKE TODAY AND READ HOW THANKFUL WE FANS ARE OF THEM! Great job and just bring it next week as SUSHI is our specialty! SQUASH THE FINS BOYS!!!!!

I want to hear Sully and all those great analist say they were wrong. I picked Bills win 23-10 but was wrong. The Bills did win though and that I am a BILLIEVER! The table has turned for our Bills and they proved it. It only gets better when we squash the fish and have sushi on Sunday! Sully just stop! Be a man for once and openly say how wrong you were!

Mike & Mike have always hated the Bills. We as Bills fans also have to take in that the Bills are hardly on national tv, and that we sucked for so long. That being said I understand all the negatives. Let's really look at the team though. Last year we went 6-10 but we only had EJ part of the season and stayed in the games with Thad Lewis. Our defense was good last year but they got ran on all day long. That will stop this year and teams will be forced to throw against us. We never had a true #1 receiver. Say what you will about SJ. I liked him as well but he was never a true #1. We now have one and Williams and Woods will be catching a lot of balls because of it. Freddie and CJ were hurt last year. This year we have 3 running backs who can start on any team along with Boobie! Put in Summers and our run game will be that much better. We had issues with our front line. Now that has been taken care of so our front line will be that much better. That being said, the more we run the less teams offense is on the field! We lost Kiko, but we picked up Spikes and Rivers. Our front seven is most likely the very best in the league as a defense. This defense to me reminds me of the 85 Bears or the Ravens. YES THEY ARE THAT GOOD! EJ isn't great and doesn't have to be. He just has to manage the game! Let these guys say what they will but I can see the Bills going 10-6, 11-5. If we get lucky 12-4! I will be amazed if we don't. No I don't do drugs either..... Just saying.

I'm on here saying the Bills will go 10-6 or 11-5. The more I read and look into this, the more I can easily see a 12-4 this year. If Buffalo goes 4-0 the start of the season, they have a good chance of 12-4. Buffalo gets to the playoffs and we have it at home and we win it! We also beat the pats this year in their stadium! Bills go 11-5 and when we do almost all the idiots who said we won't break even start saying they had us as the sleeper team this year!

Let's just start the season now! I can't wait until these guys jump on that wagon and start saying wow their doing it by running all day and keeping offenses off the field. 10-6 or 11-5 baby. Bring it! Byrd was good, but we didn't drop much, and yes Kiko is a stud, but Spikes and Rivers brings in much added depth and stops the run. Swartz will have the defense more than ready! EJ will be told to manage the game but not to win it. Our quick play calling only weakens their defenses so we just run all day in the third and fourth quarters. Man I can't wait.

I'm glad to see this actually. That means we will not be nationally televised so when we just beat the piss out of the cubs no one will see it but the highlights. The cubs offensive line has issues so Cutler will be running for his life, yes they have a good running game but we will shut that down quickly and force Cutler to make bad decisions. We will get 5+ sacks and a few picks and win 23-10 easily and we run by committee so no big numbers but steady. That whole time we will be on a back burner because the nfl will play a blow out game which one team destroys another like 43-3 and most fans watch a boring game. I'm excited to see this.
