200 Miles from Darin Watch out for hot ash bud...

Swinging from both sides of the plate??? Not that there's anything wrong with that.... Is this a Brokeback Mountain thing...or long standing...

His close ties to law enforcement would definitely be a competitive advantage for us against the Phins...

I wonder what Marv's e-mail address is?

Let's dedicate this thread to you billsboys...my input is: The coordinator hires are very important. -

Has Pepper Johnson interviewed for the DC job ?
JoeF replied to Fan in San Diego's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Having an ape with a double flip off as your avatar is really uplifting and mature....shut up monkey boy... Russ Grimm, Pepper Johnson--respected line guys as coordinators on both sides of the ball ---I don't see a lot of downside in that. It probably won't happen but if the braintrust is thinking this way -- we are on the right track. -
It's so true This may explain Mularkey/Clements play calling--naps before games and at halftime--very bad idea...

Oh Great..an offense based on the Center sneak and the Guard and Tackle eligible...Instead of gimmick plays we'll have grimmick plays... (It's early--the best I can do)...

The franchise tag deflation for CB's is a huge strategic win for us...we are still pretty free to shop around for line help while we explore strategic options with Nate. He had a subpar to terrible year--but his position coach and Gray seemed to have issues with one another...who knows the consequences of that in scheme and direction...I still consider him a top 10 CB and one we should not let get away easily or without compensation.

God, I have never witnessed a group of bigger douche bags...

Conspiracy Theory....Modrak and Donahoe both IUP graduates. Chris V. IUP graduate. Modrak and Donahoe keep their alum commitment by overpaying Chris V so he can donate to the school... ;-) Chris V is a warrior but he broke down--elbow, leg, influenza--its tougher and tougher to recover--but I think you have to give him a shot to comeback next year as the starter who could lose his job in camp and you bring in some competition..both veteran interior line and high interior OL draft pick...we need depth

Rooney Rule was from a study that recommended it apply to assistant coach and coordinator positions as well.. although this wasn't adopted (The assistant and coordinator penalty) most teams try to live by the spirit of the rule. Good Rooney Rule Whitepaper

No wonder Marvin Lewis' wife didn't want to enroll their kids in WNY schools. You know--it takes a certain level of immaturity for an adult to just say the first idiotic, hurtful thing that pops into their head to an 11 year old kid....very impressive. -
I don't want a wacko boyfriend, so I search in places where only wacko boys search for girlfriends.....I think I am in love... Check that...I have a wife who thinks like this sometimes..I really am in love...

I think Fianl is related to Olof Pilar

Hovan seems to be on a lot of the lists I have seen on the board. I haven't watched him much--but what I see is a one gap shooter...not a two gap stuffer...we need a stuffer since Sam thinks he's a one gap shooter and all the rest of our guys (Anderson, Bannan, Sape) either shouldn't be in the league or are shooters...We need a, well, a--Pat Williams or Ted Washington... Adam Archuleta is a rich man's Coy Wire....yikes.... The rest of this looks pretty good BuffBills--thanks for posting..

To quote a friend of mine, we already have a Fake Fat Sammy... Bud8 also might consider enrolling in the T-80 school of spelling..done wonders for me...

Mike--gauging this season--I think we need to bring in Sage Rosenfels...
-
Wouldn't work...Johnson's jaw muscles are fossilized in open mode--couldn't be molded to Carson's knee.... Sad to hear this for Palmer---something tells me he is a hard ass worker though--he'll be back--- next season is probably in jeopardy...Kitna just earned some jack.

Pats will win the Super Bowl...again

And all this time I thought it was me...you did those things to...wow.... Bishop Reacharound??? You're funny Mark.... -
Jailed several times.....he went the pick before us -- but perhaps we were contemplating moving up...

JoeF thinks /dev/null may be right...but JoeF won't be happy about it.... JoeF thinks both Kirk and Picard have great disdain for those who do not use 1st person pronouns...
-
JoeF thinks that Jerry Gray is a genius. JoeF believes that Mike Mularkey and Marv Levy would be very intelligent to retain Jerry Gray. JoeF believes that the pronouns that refer to JoeF should never be used again. In the words of Bugs Bunny, what a maroon.....we had a real brain trust on the Defensive Side of the ball....I know its difficult to replace two studs (Pat Williams and TKO) -- but other teams do it..hell NE won a super bowl with a WR at CB...Sweet Jesus- The Texans won't hire Gray (Duh); The Lions won't Hire Gray (Duh); We won't retain Gray (Duh)-- he will be on Williams' staff next year as DB coach--right where he belongs...

From Larry Felser's column today--2 consecutive paragraphs... There isn't going to be any instant fix, an impossibility considering the nature of the Bills' quandary. Levy is a patient man, an unpopular trait in these times when fans and a segment of the media are in favor of unlocking the gun case, loading the semiautomatics and spraying bullets in all directions. Levy has never been an advocate of the broom that sweeps clean, but rather examining whether there is anything worth salvaging among the dust balls. The first probing by Levy will be with Mike Mularkey, the incumbent coach to whom Wilson granted a reprieve, presumably because he's still under contract for three more years. It was not a popular move, including in this corner. Larry leading the semi-automatic SWAT team....
