I think Mike Martz would be a good fit here and Haslett or Capers could take ober Gray's job as DC.

I still like Sherman as HC, but I would mind hiring him as the OC or DC.

I want them to be thorough with this hiring too, but you got to admit this has been a very LOOOOOONNNNGGGGG week of waiting.

I say three weeks With all these new possible interviews with Haslett and Rivera, this could be a long wait. I'm growing impatient!!!!!!!

It's important that the Bills hire Sherman as HC. He was the coach of the Packers and he was with Brett Farve. He could probably use his methods of teaching to teach Losman. Who knows Losman could become the next Brett Farve. At least I can still dream of that happening. When does the interview start anyway?

I thought it over more clearly and also I now know that Haslett will probably be going to the Lions. So Sherman now has my vote.
