    Y'know what I think? If a band "gives" a song to radio be played, I feel like they've given it to me and I can then download it free of guilt. I also think that if I've paid a band for their music on one format (vinyl for example), I don't have to pay for it again to get it in another format. Thus I can download mp3 versions of albums I have purchased.

    Based on things I've heard Chan Gailey say, I have a feeling he has 0 input or control over what the Defense does or how it does it. And it's my impression that's how he wants it. I'd look stuff up but I don't have time right now. Just my interpretation of things.

    Yeah I chuckled at that myself. How do you end up with THAT specialty? Kinda like proctology I guess - all the other good majors were taken...
