  1. He is a pretty medicore punter Is he the worst? Probably not. But he is probably somewhere in the 22-28 range
  2. If you look at Jimmy Gs stats in Vegas and on how he played, he was downright awful. 77 passer rating and more INTs than TDS Compared to 103 passer rating and 16 TDS and 4 INts in SF (before he got hurt the year prior) And for sure I'm not saying anyone will have success in SF- You have to be a smart QB who plays within the structure of the system. Purdy does that very well in fairness to him. Lance does not seem like a smart QB at all, which is probably a big reason to why he didn't have success there
  3. 2019 Jimmy G threw for 4000 yards, 27 TDS and 13 INTs with a 102 passer rating. How do you not consider that good? Were they as good as Purdys numbers? No but he also didn't have Aiyuk Or Mccafery at that time, and Deebo was still a baby . And don't get me wrong I'm not saying Jimmy G is as good as Purdy. My point is if you're a smart QB who can play on schedule, you're going to have success in that SF offence
  4. That is for sure fair what you are saying. My counter argument to that though is, the 3 best coaches (at least in my opinion) in the NFL call plays. (Reid, Shanahan, Mcvay) The last 4 SBs have been won by Reid (3), Mcvay (1) and of course Kyle Shanahan going to two SBs. The question to ask then- Why can't Mcdermott have control of his full team if he calling plays? As a lot of NFL coaches do call plays, and the elite coaches have done so with extreme success
  5. Jimmy G also led SF to a Super Bowl appearance in 2020. Look at his numbers in San Francisco compared to his numbers in Vegas 103 passer rating in 2022 with SF, 77 in Vegas the next year. It is a system full of stacked talent , that yes Brock Purdy does run well. But there is 0 percent chance he is sniffing 4000 yards and 30 plus TDs if he wasn't playing in SF
  6. Brock Purdy in tier 2 is a joke in my opinion. Jimmy G looked pretty damn good in that SF offence and as soon as you take him off a team that's full of all pros and he goes to another team, he loses his job to Aiden O Connell
  7. Week 1s under McDermott: 2017- W 2018- L 2019- W 2020- W 2021- L 2022- W 2023- L It's been alternating back and forth the last 4 years so hopefully the pattern continues this year💪
  8. Great work with the analytics- To me it is pretty simple at least in regards to the Chiefs: The chiefs best players in key positions step up. (Mahomes, Kelce. Chris Jones, Sneed etc) The only player that steps up for the Bills is Josh. And on top of that, we don't really have elite talent outside of Josh . Combine that with andy reid being one of the best offensive minded coaches of all time facing off against Mcdermott who tends to show that the big moments get the best of him, the end result is the 0-3 in the playoffs against KC
  9. Ya I'm wrong about a ton of things but I never understood the "MVS is getting cut argument". His contract has void years on it and it would have taken an absolute disaster for him to get cut. And it's not like the competition behind him was good, it was god awful
  10. It's an interesting conversation. Cause let's say it's 4th and 10 on the 30. Are you kicking or going for it there? As of now I would say kick it, unless Bass just keeps missing those. But if that's the case you got to cut him. But if it's like 4th and 3 on the 30 to your point, then probably gonna go for it
  11. Good post- In total going into the season compared going into camp, this is how I feel personally about the roster: QBs- Feel worse as trubisky looked bad and is injured RBs- Feel better as Ray Davis showing promise WRs- Somehow I even feel worse about this group and besides Shakir, got questions about everyone. (Samuels health always seems to be an issue) O line- Hard to really tell. Depth looks descent though including Grable TEs- Same- Kincaid and Knox didn't play much but we know what the bills have here as it's a position of strength D line- Probably better as a whole. Rousseau showing he's ready for a breakout, Johnson looks descent and Solomon showing promise LBs- Of course worse cause the Milano injury. Dorian Williams has potential, but he's a bit of a soup sandwich out there CBs- Definitely better. Elam had a strong camp/ pre season. Hardy could be a steal and Ingram looked good Safeties-Shaky to begin with, but now Worse cause the injuries/ lack of continuity Special teams- Worse- I think we can all agree about this as Bass continues to struggle
  12. I think the issue is a lot of teams struggle with having a reliable kicker. So there probably aren't a lot of good kickers out there and you couple that with the contract, bills are a bit stuck at this point. They definitely need to bring in a veteran kicker on the practice squad though, cause this could get bad very fast
  13. Never a good sign when his field goals look like my golf shots
  14. He's looked really strong this game
  15. Evans on a wheel route. Nice throw and catch
  16. You don't think the 5 are set? I think it's Samuel, Shakir, Coleman, Hollins and MVS pretty strongly
  17. Andreeson has looked pretty rough IMO. Back to back runs he got fooled by the misdirection
  18. Can't think of a better way to spend a gorgeous summer , Saturday afternoon watching Ben Dinucci. Go Bills!
  19. All depends if A rod stays healthy. If he does, I'm guessing 10 wins. But that's a big "If". Good chance he gets killed behind that o line
  20. That's a pretty bold prediction. Not saying you're wrong. But personally I would be very surprised if he puts up those numbers. I would guess like 800 and 5-6 TDs myself
  21. Josh Allen/ Ray Davis will combine for a lot of rushing TDs. Kincaid, Samuel, Shakir, Cook, Coleman, and even a bit of Knox will be featured in the passing game with some roles Bills aren't paying Samuel like 9 mil to be a slightly better version of McKenzie. Check his stats/usage under Joe Brady when he had him in Carolina How many yards/TDs do you think Shakir will get out of curiosity?
  22. I am more after KIncaid. I don't see a ton of upside for Shakir. Like best case scenario, 900 yards maybe 6 TDs? This is not to discount shakir as he is a good WR, just a lot of mouths to feed on the bills offence
  23. Oh agreed- I take no team for granted and if they are 100 percent cleared, then play them. But there is also no point rushing those guys back from injury if it has the potential to linger on and compromises them for the week 2 miami game
  24. Good news. I would definitely error on the side of caution though. If they can play, fantastic. But need those guys, especially Samuel, on a short week against Miami
  25. For sure I don't deny his production it was great for 3.5 years. But there's a reason you can't trade 1st round picks every year for high priced guys. You would be in salary cap hell very quickly
