Now that we have a descent sample size from babich and Brady, thought it would be fun to rank them in the McDermott era. (Not including Rick Dennison lol) Offensive Coordinator's: (Disclaimer- I do like passing more, and an aggressive style of defence and it will reflect in my opinion) 1. Brian Daboll- I know a lot of you will disagree with this one . And I get he was frustrating at times. But when I think peak Bills offence, I think Brian Daboll in 2020 and at the end of 2021. To Me he was the only guy who could consistently go toe to toe with BB and Spags. 2. Joe Brady- Joe Brady can be very frustrating with his stubbornness to run the ball up the middle on a lot of first downs, but at the end of the day he's effective. Overall I think he's a pretty good OC, would just love for him to mix in more PA on first downs 3. Ken Dorsey - It's the old "trying to fit a square peg into a round hole " analogy with him and Josh. I didn't love his random play calling as well as it seemed like he never had a good feel for the game Defence: 1. Sean McDermott- I loved the bills defence last year as it was attacking. And when they were healthy down the stretch, they played some outstanding defence as McDermott really figured it out after the eagles loss. ( Playoffs was hard to judge as the whole team was decimated ) 2. Leslie Frazier- I never really liked Frazier too much as I don't like passive defence, but at the end of the day he produced great defences. (Unfortunately not in the playoffs though) 3. Bobby Babich- Admittedly I haven't been a fan of babich for most of the year, as I think he's been passive and needs to help his front 4 out more with simulated pressures. But! I think it was by FAR his best game against KC as I loved the way he attacked and mixed things up. So a lot of optimism going forward. What are your rankings?

Woody Johnson suggested benching Rodgers in September

What a dysfunctional organization. I love it -
Hes getting a lot more two deep safeties this year and he's not adjusting great to it. But ya even his accuracy is off compared to last year

What the hell was Houston doing? Lol. Up 10 and going no huddle, and then throwing it on 3rd and half an inch..

Bills Exposed 2023 Eagles and Now, 2024 Chiefs
BillsFan130 replied to theRalph's topic in The Stadium Wall
Respectfully I don't think chiefs are exposed. Were they 9-0 good? Definitely not. But they always have another gear in January and if the bills have to play them again in the playoffs, it's going to be an extremely tough game -
Agreed, Bills coaching was great yesterday. On that 4th and 2 play, Spags actually fooled Josh/Brady pre snap. Bills schemed up a man beater to shakir as thats what Josh thought they were in, but Chiefs hid it well and went into zone. Josh realized it was zone right after the snap, and thats when he decided to take matters into his own hands. What a play by Josh

I think this was the best game by the bills d line as a collective unit. Rousseau took advantage of KCs weak tackles all game long, and Ed Oliver had a tough assignment against Kcs interior but was winning a lot -
I didn't like the game plan for the most part. Bills were successful cause Josh Allen bailed them out of 3rd and longs all game long. Joe Brady has to do a better job on 1st and 2nd downs. As running up the gut time and time again against a top 5 run defence is just making it a lot harder than it should have been

That was a shot and collingsworth knew it. What a prick
-
Drew Allar? Who TF is that?😂
-
For sure - which I would contribute as an X factor, as it doesn't show up in the measurables
-
You're not understanding my point at all. Josh Allen and Herbert have very similar traits. I never once said Herbert is better than Josh, but the talent is similar. Same height/weight roughly. Roughly same 40 time. Both great arm strength Josh has an X factor that Hebert doesn't have, that's all I'm trying to say bud lol
-
Haha Exactly my point- one guy makes plays in the clutch, one guy doesn't. Re read it if you misunderstood, respectfully
-
I think they are personally. Look at their height/weight, combine numbers, arm strength etc. They are actually very similar
-
Herbert Vs Josh.. Herbert makes all the plays in the 1st half but when you need it the most in the clutch , misses a key throw. Josh: Misses plays in the game at times, but when you need it the most will deliver in the clutch
-
Haha I know I was being sarcastic, I agree with you at the end of the day.

Are you a Taylor swift fan?

Jim Nantz had an epic call on that one: "Play of the year right!".
-
Yep. I think a lot of us expect "perfection" from him. If you watch the all 22 for any Great QB, you can laser in on "oh you should have thrown it here on this play". Josh at his worst is the 2nd best QB in the league, and can make a very strong argument he's the best in the nfl right now

I do agree with that- just seemed like it was a bit biased all game long. I don't really care at the end of the day as I don't care what media thinks about the bills, Josh etc, but just an observation -

I usually like romo and I think he usually gives Josh his props. But he seemed one sided when it came to Mahomes/Josh today and was really cheering for a "great Patrick Mahomes" comeback -

Ya those are fair points. Even Before that though, he just seemed to pin point when Josh should have done something else with the ball, and couldn't stop gushing over Mahomes when he made fairly routine plays -

Anyone else feel like Romo was really going for KC today? He is usually pretty neutral with bills vs chiefs/josh vs Mahomes, but today it's like he was really trying to prove: "Josh is really good but he's not Mahomes" -

Good observation- you're right. Bills almost had a delay of game but McDermott called a timeout
