  1. Its a good thing they traded Dareus and Darby eh. What a joke this team is
  2. We've seen alot of bad bills teams over the years. This might be the worst
  3. One thing lost in this mess. Has anyone noticed the Bills haven't forced a punt in nearly 6 quarters?
  4. I almost feel bad for the guy in a way lol. I didn't agree with his posts but he wasn't obnoxious about them. And he seems to be a very big Peterman fan lol
  5. Fair enough, I guess we have a different definition of gimmick then. You are correct in saying he cant make consistent throws from the pocket. That's where I would say he's more limited rather than a gimmick quarterback though. He has shown with the right system he can consistently play pretty well. This system is just not meant for him though, and it's probably for the best that Peterman is starting going forward
  6. Maybe our definition of gimmick is also different. Here are RG3S stats. 2012 he went 9-6 as a starter. After that? 6-19. That to me is a definition of a gimmick QB who was figured out. TT's stats. 2015- 8-6 record- 3025 passing yards, 20 TD, 6 INT 2016- 7-8 record- 3023 passing yards, 17 TD, 6 INT 2017-5-4 record- 10 TD, 3 INT (Not enough games to show yards but they are down of course) Pretty consistent compared to having one great year, then completely falling off the wagon like RG3.
  7. Respectfully disagree. Over .500 QB for 2.5 years is not a gimmick in my opinion. He stayed consistent throughout.
  8. You seem to really like Peterman a lot lol. Before he was drafted, did you watch a lot of his live games in college?
  9. I disagree with that. TT has proven himself to be an average QB over 2.5 years. If you even want to say slightly below average i'll grant you that, but he doesn't suck. RG3 was amazing his first year and sucked after that because defences started to catch on to what he was doing. Remember in 2012 the offence that Washington ran with him was almost brand new at the time, and was pretty much a college playbook. D coordinators simply were not prepared for it that first year. TT if anything got slightly better the 2nd year, and probably stayed the same this year which is a problem because it wasn't good enough. He also stayed the same or even slightly regressed this year because it was a new offensive system that does not fit for him. TT needs a simple offence tailored towards him for him to be successful. You can say he is limited, but he's not a gimmick QB like RG3
  10. Ya I think its the fact that people are just done with Tyrod and they want to see change. For the future it is a good move because you can evaluate Peterman. For the short term absolutely no one knows. He might light it up or he might throw 4 picks a game
  11. He is not a bad QB. Career record over .500 with some pretty bad talent/ coaching around him. 17.5 Mil is not that much money for a QB. Just ask Andy Dalton, Mike Glennon, Ryan Tannehill. I don't think anyone will trade anything for him because they know the Bills want to move on from him. and will release him But I'm almost certain he will be a starter in this league next year
  12. Doubtful. At most a late round pick but that's very unlikely. The writing is on the wall that the Bills want to move on from TT, so cutting him in the offseason seems very likely
  13. I don't expect him to be good. He is going on the road against one of the top pass defences in the NFL, with some elite pass rushers in Bosa and Ingram. I would be surprised if he played well under those circumstances
  14. That was my thought when I read the post as well. They have so many holes on this team and they still don't have a franchise QB
  15. Ya makes sense. I never said they wont try to confuse them, I just meant it usually doesn't work out too well so that's why coaches usually keep it to a minimum . Best way to beat great QBS? Play tight man coverage and get pass rush with 4 guys. Obviously easier said than done
  16. It is pretty difficult to try and confuse good QBS. If you try to confuse them and they don't get fooled, that generally means you have a mismatch somewhere. (lineman dropping into coverage, rolling safeties around, etc.) And a good QB will expose those mismatches
  17. He's a brilliant offensive coach. He always finds a way to get his playmakers involved
  18. It will definitely be a lot thinner without tubby Tolbert playing
