Per the bolded- Yes and he has done it sooo many times in his career. Literally watch both Bengal games last year. Haha regardless if he should have won it or not. Saying he's average without Derrick Henry is just crazy. 2019 he was the unanimous winner. And even if you don't think he should have won it in 2023, he's top 3 without a question. Not sure how all of that translates to "average".
