  1. What is Kaelin Clay doing for this team that Ray Ray isn't doing better? I don't understand why he isn't playing tonight. Or did he get snaps after all?
  2. No way Clay makes the team! What, how...
  3. Antonio Brown.
  4. I'm in a 12-team half-ppr league. We get one keeper in the round they were drafted in the year before. I kept Gurley with my second round pick. I had the 8th pick. My targets in the early rounds were Michael Thomas and Derrick Henry. I think both with have great seasons. I love Njoku this year knowing Tyrod loves throwing to tight ends and he's looked good in preseason. I wanted Rivers as my value QB. My draft went as follows: 1. Michael Thomas 2. Todd Gurley (keeper) 3. Derrick Henry 4. Jay Ajayi 5. Emmanuel Sanders 6. Marvin Jones 7. Tarik Cohen 8. David Njoku 9. Randall Cobb 10. Marlon Mack 11. Calvin Ridley 12. Jimmy Garropolo 13. Chris Boswell 14. Saints D 15. John Brown Feel pretty good about the draft. I got most of my targets. A couple value picks. We will see how it goes.
  5. Great work by the Jets FO. Good future flexibility for the Saints too.
  6. The Packers will never win another Super Bowl with Rodgers. No money left for defense!
  7. Easy to say Peterman has played great, east to say it's just preseason. Both are true. However, just considering preseasons, it is clear that Peterman has improved. He is more decisive and has had better results playing with a mix of first, second and third team. Whether or not he's good enough to get it done in the regular season remains to be seen. If coach believes he gives us the best chance now, let's see it. However, if after a few games Peterman's arm proves to remain a liability, let's get Allen in there so he can get the game experience.
  8. White was mostly in position, balls just out of his reach.
  9. It does look like the far right was there if he threw at the top of his drop...
  10. He is decisive, but if he can't throw outs and curls, we are working with a much narrower (and of course, shorter) field. I worry about that. Otherwise he looks very much in command.
  11. Allen was partly at fault on some of those. Not decisive when he needed to be. OL did him no favors - also doesn't help that they keep moving guys around right now - but I think Allen needs to work on his internal clock and getting off his first read quicker.
  12. Tre was right there on that one pass. Dalton on point.
  13. Weirdly the run D has been the strength so far.
  14. Always rooting for EJ, but he has not looked good. Cook equally so. Obviously this means McCarron for Mack straight up, right?
  15. Rewatched the Peterman video posted above. It was a surprising and efficient performance. The fact is, however, that Petey can't stretch the field or fire the ball into tight windows like Allen can. He's impressed us all this preseason, but I have a hard time believing that he will either look that good in the regular season or outperform Allen, even if Allen comes with some ups and downs and Peterman remains steady.
  16. Seattle is going to have a top 10 pick this year.
  17. You're right about that, generally speaking.
  18. But imagine having both. Then you have Murphy and Yarbrough rotating in and Mack can play off the ball.
  19. I get the feeling that he would want to play for this team.
  20. That throw to Deonte Thompson in the Bucs game was pretty huge but that's all I can think of.
  21. Hyde is a good value pickup in fantasy, methinks.
