  1. Ron Mexico scores the Daily Double
  2. Evans Price Reed Davis Parrish Nance I am going to corner the market on those 8x10's of Eric Flowers and Mike Williams.
  3. Madden Quotes on Strahan: "Al, did you see Strahan get penetration on the two Cowboys in front of him?" "Strahan fought off the hands of his man and just attacked the ball" "Strahan stripped the ball cleanly" "Big #92 got his hands on every ball that came his way" "This is all mano-a-mano" "Look at Michael Strahan smiling as he gets up with all that stuff hanging off his face mask" "You can't put a Tight End up against Strahan and expect good things to happen"
  4. interesting. thanks for the info. either way, what are the networks doing with these gems????? it's bizarre to me that they wouldn't try to get some ratings and reair some of these games duringthe offseason....or, heaven forbid, sell them to the public (DVD, PPV, OD, etc). They are just sitting there. I mean, pro football is America's #1 sport, and it's fans are obsessed with the game. I guess it would come down to the advertisements used during the actual airings....not commercials that could get cut-out, but various signage and banners that are part of the stadiums and film footage. It always come down to the bottom line $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
  5. dammit! wish I could open it. I work for a German company that is very strict on web content. I hit the firewall. We Americans at work call it "The Berlin Wall"
  6. i can take compfort in thinking that the Sabres, Canes, Oilers, and the Miami Heat were probably pretty low on ESPN's power rankings prior to their respective seasons' start.
  7. I hadn't heard that. Thanks! I look forward to seeing some good classic games! do you have any links to any of these reports?
  8. my problem with them is that they don't show half the stuff that they should show on ESPN Classic or NFL Network. How about replaying some freaking 70-80's games in their entirety? Who wouldn't watch that???? Instead we get to watch recaps of games from last season and 1 hour Super Bowl pieces.
  9. well, maybe Strahan (aka Florida Evans) has that affect on men. Brett Favre lied down for him too, didn't he?
  10. I almost stopped reading earlier than that. what does this have to do with the price of eggs? not understanding why this needs to be pointed out. how about this: Mularky offered this info to the press, so there was no spin to be put on it! what the hell was this guy reading? The majority of press was BAD, and still is as RW and ML have had to endure criticism and comments about their age and how they don't have a clue. Sounds like this guy drank a lot of spiked kool-aid before writing this.
  11. how about "jumped the shark"? jumped the shark has jumped the shark
  12. the reason why I posted this in the first place is that I can't believe he chastises Bills fans for wishing TD gone. Good Draft in 01? Sure. Should we be ashamed for kicking him out the door because that draft was good? No. We were well within our rights for saying good riddance to him.
  13. i think it's time to flood his mail bag again. I sent this over to him:
  14. why the harsh tone for "us western NY'ers"? sounds like he has a hard-on for Bills fans....and not in a good way. I mean, what were the masses in WNY supposed to do, call for RW to extend TD even further? while I don't disagree it was a pretty good draft, he acts as if TD was unceremoniously axed. 8. Buffalo. Surprise, surprise. All you western New Yorkers who kicked Tom Donahoe on his way out the door should remember the weekend of April 21-22, 2001: Nate Clements (80 games, 80 starts at corner), Aaron Schobel (75 starts as a DE), Travis Henry (3,749 rushing yards with the Bills) and Jonas Jennings (52 starts at tackle before leaving as a free agent for the Niners). Not bad. OK, Peter. I'm remembering 4/21-22.............................oh, dear god, what have we done!!!!!! http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AkhA...cnnsi&type=lgns
  15. wow...and to think I almost asked if any one knew what Otto's 40 time is.
  16. you beat me to it. And let's not forget that Nate Scarborogh wore the number for the Mean Machine....not NFL, but every bit as tough!
  17. someone is going to need to re-tighten his neck bolts
  18. probably not......he's just excited because he knows he's going to get an email soon...
  19. actually, the call was more like "LOOK OUT, here comes the nose tackle and a couple of his friends!!!" you see, he did play next to Bennie.
  20. That's not true. I have a Moto V360-gsm. I can download photos and video without a problem.
  21. my phone came with a USB cable that i can attch to my computer. I had to (from a menu on the phone) put it on a "transfer", then I can down load to my computer. My work computer wouldn't let me, but my home pc did.
  22. Drew Bledsoe will become T.O.'s Baby Momma
  23. well, so far there have been no sacks given up, the D has barely even seen McGahee let a lone get a mit on him, and we have 0 losses......we're off to a great start!
  24. I agree. The guy's not any worse than the other far more experienced garbage peddlers out there. He actually got a couple of pretty decent interviews (McGee, Goldsberry)....okay.....1 decent interview. And I for one, am completely insulted that ESPN, and other sites out there, want to charge you to read their "insider" stuff. Give me a break....it's no more insider than little Connor Byrne waiting at a Mini Mart near OBD to try to get an interview with LaWaylon Brown. I've read some stuff I thought was good, and some that was trash. But at least he's writing something.
