  1. he said he is going to come back Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Better! He was wearing a t-shirt too, that said so. he must be on roids. he looked a lot bigger than he did last year. I think he may have been stoned too. he was plugging TKO's website and hocking his t-shirts. all I know is whoever the QB is, they better get him the damn ball.....he looked pretty intimidating.
  2. Thanks for the heads up! on the website, you can email a question for Lee. I'd like to see a waller's name up there.
  3. after tonights game, i had to ask myself, "why do i watch this sport?" i'm telling you, I had several mini heart attacks watching this one. my mother-in-law is visiting and I think she's frightened for the well being of her daughter and granddaughter should the Sabres make it to the Finals
  4. can you post more often, please???? (gr8 avatar)
  5. i think I see what you are saying, but there is no need to "overpay" at any position. Look at what that's done for Washington....one real good season with that philosophy. If you ask me, they had success because of Gibbs and his staff, particularly Gregg Williams and his stout D. Their biggest names in the trenches on both sides of the ball were Chris Samuels and Conelius Griffin. also, with the acquisition of Gallery in the 1st round the Raiders are still looking pretty average on offense, even with Randy Moss stretching the field. lastly, as much as everyone including myself is tired of hearing about, the Patriots didn't overpay for their Offensive line when they were smoking the competion in the AFCEast. a lot of it is coaching and scheme, not high draft picks/big name free agents.
  6. i will... just like I did at the beginning of the NHL season.
  7. John, I'm Will. I grew up in Rochester and lived there til the age of 13 (long enough to be a cursed Bills/Sabres fan). I moved to PA and lived there for 13 more years (not long enough to be an Eagles/Flyers fan ). After that, I moved out to Texas.....then to AZ.....then to Idaho......then to AZ again...with many other work related trips all over the US in between. I've been in AZ for 7 years now. My large family still lives in Rochester, so I make yearly trips back to see them. Occasionally I catch a Bills game while I'm there. Nice to meet ya...again!
  8. well, hopefully you are not including me in those who lable him as "low character", because I didn't. My entire post is based on a very vague report of his arrest. I was merely posing the question: "Was he considered high character as a prospect?" as for the rest of my comments about character as it pertains to draft prospects, all i'm saying is that IF someone had some character issues and a team still drafted him, then they should probably pay more attention to red flags that are associated with a player coming out of college. After all, you are not only putting a guy on your team and flirting with potential distractions, you are also arming a questional individual with a boat load of cash. I still know nothing of Santonio Holmes.
  9. i saw your many posts here in the past. I don't really know you or remember anything signifigant about your posts. But hey, welcome back anyway. Glad your medical procedure on your hearing went well. So how's the family?.......ok, this is a little awkward......um......ah......Go Bills!
  10. thanks. i was wondering what that was all about. either way, he f*cked up. did they have the rookie symposium yet?
  11. and I thought he was missing OTA's because of final exams? what's he doing in Florida? http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=Amj9...ov=ap&type=lgns and for those who think high character is overratede when it comes to prospects at the collegiate level, it's hard to be a productive draft pick when you are missing time to be in courts and possibly jail......add to that the football focus being impaired by legal worries....
  12. i remember always wishing he would come to Buffalo late in his career. one of my favorite players at the time.
  13. "...working out in the heat and humidity of Jacksonville instead of snowy Buffalo should help him reach 340. If that happens, Williams vows that fans will see a more energetic player than the one who was frequently criticized for being too sluggish in Buffalo." wait a minute.....now he's hoping that the weather will help his fat a$$ lose weight and play better???? the weather? i do not miss this guy.
  14. I guess he threw her out of the house and she landed inside that horrible limo… In his defense, she did say she wanted a divorce….Rueben was just accommodating her wishes and giving her a head start... http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=AhA7...ov=ap&type=lgns
  15. J from H, it may be in JP's best interest that TV is not running around on the same field in May....
  16. how could you tell? he was wearing a suit, not Under Armour
  17. "...has helped produce outstanding players including Carson Palmer, Drew Brees and David Carr" well, we all know these studs came AFTER RJ worked there. which begs the question, was Rob a teacher or a student? which opens up another question, was there any QB controversies among RJ and the other students?
  18. some Flutie stuff, Andre Reed on the Wall, and Sabres memories.... http://www.nfl.com/news/story/9456316
  19. let's try to close all the open wounds about Willis and OTA's..... You can argue either way with these things, but the fact is, there is plenty of work the Bills need to do, and part of that is evaluating the younger guys on the team. I have heard by more than one Head Coach that the fact that some of their vets are not at the OTA's only gives them more time to deal with the newcomers and younger guys. now let's get off Willis' back. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=3787
  20. whoa.....nothing funny about your avatar. sung hi lee.....mmmmmmmmilk!
  21. yes, my son lives in PA and he has Comcast. the only thing is, I think he said he doesn't get the full blown version. I think he gets it during the season, but it's not the full schedule of shows. Not really sure. I'll ask him and post an update.
  22. i'd have to place Thomlinson (I refuse to call him LT....LT wore #56) at #1b. #1a would go to Edge. Lad-Thom plays with a far more inferior O-line than LJ and SA. I place Edge way up there because he does so much more than your typical back, especially when it comes to the grunt work of picking up blitzes. I also like that you never see Edge over celebrate or celebrate at all. It's all business. Pick up a first and go back to the huddle....acts like he's been in the endzone before too.
  23. it's only stealing if you get caught...
