  1. I don't believe that. But I can't understand why one would post on a board devoted to Buffalo football if they believe football is no longer played in Buffalo. That simply sounds crazy.
  2. Memphis for me. Rubbed pork is what it's all about. (Speaking of rubbing pork...I'll be right back.)
  3. The curse started when Doug fumbled the game away in the playoffs.
  4. Yet you continue to post on a Bills message board. Why would you bother? Nostalgia?
  5. I agree with everything you say about child pornography. As for your statement above, Julie Amero would beg to differ, I think. I work on compromised computers almost every day. Nice computer illiterate folks who believe they have protection because they are using the Norton Antivirus that came with their computer five years ago. They are all at risk of having their computers turned into bots and for storage of files. As you say, "a forensic analysis would hopefully reveal it", "hopefully" being the operative word. In the Amero case it was only figured out because private computer security experts came to her defense. The police and DA insisted, even after they made a deal with her, she was guilty based on horribly inadequate investigation, due to the public outcry. Still she was forced to plea to Disorderly Conduct and forced to forfeit her teaching credentials. If the police dept's forensic computer guy and/or the DA still have a job, it is a travesty. But moving on, you also might be at risk if you acquired your computer 2nd hand. If anyone other than you has used it. If someone in your household, or a visitor, ever installed file-sharing programs, etc.
  6. The Pats were taping during the games and during practice. I'm guessing there was a lot more to this, too. Hence the destroying of the evidence. I suspect Belicheat continues to cheat, as that is simply who he is.
  7. OK, so they say the potato looks like "a Leno". My question is, "Which Leno?"
  8. Seriously, get an HDMI cable, if for no other reason than you can use the "auto" setting. If TW doesn't have one available, here's a real bargoon: http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-Cable-2M-6-Feet/dp/B0002L5R78/ref=sr_1_2?s=gateway&ie=UTF8&qid=1285378320&sr=8-2 If you need Category 2 cable, try these: http://www.amazon.com/Speed-Category-Certified-Cable-28AWG/dp/B001F37I06/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1285378570&sr=1-3-spell
  9. He was coming off an injured hand. I'm surprised he was even activated for the 1st game.
  10. I don't think it matters a bit who is called "the starter". You know both Lynch and Head will see plenty of action. Whoever is producing best should get more touches.
  11. A thoroughly amusing thread.
  12. Again, BRAVO! The fact that Chan isn't waiting to make these necessary changes gives me some encouragement. Perhaps you'd rather wait until the break to make the inevitable change. Not me.
  13. How can you tell? I see open receivers with no balls coming their way. I don't see a ton of dropped passes (I think TO lead the team in that stat last year.) As far as I know, WRs aren't blowing their routes. Perhaps you have more info on this. Discussing the WR corp, at least so far this year, is an exercise in futility. Who really knows if the WRs are any good. They aren't getting any opportunities to show anything, and right now I really don't put the fault on the receivers.
  14. Sure, pretty much the same thing.
  15. Simple, as I am referring to the first two games. The OL was terrible in pass blocking and Trent didn't throw the ball when he had time. Unless TO was playing OT or QB, I can't see how he would have helped anything in the first two games. WR was not the issue in these games.
  16. But they weren't trying to hide it.
  17. http://zapatopi.net/afdb/ I'm surprised Cablebabe hasn't checked in to walk Don through this.
  18. Are poster simply ignorant, or just liars? Granted, I'm no fan of the post-Kelly QBs, but to say the Bills haven't drafted a QB since Kelly is just not true. It's hard to take posts seriously when the poster seems clueless as to what is going on.
  19. Your defense for this clear violation of NFL rules is typical for you, and as usual you are wrong on the facts. Teams were aware of the rule BEFORE the incident: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_National_Football_League_videotaping_controversy Let's also fail to mention the league destroyed all the evidence so that any other violations can continue to be covered up. You continue to be an apologist for this group of cheating thugs.
  20. It's really hard to argue with such logic and insight!
  21. They cheated. They KNOWINGLY violated the rules. They did it secretively in an attempt to hide it from the NFL. One has to ask, "If there was no advantage to cheating, why bother to do it?"
  22. The only good milk man is a dead milk man. Wait...what?
  23. The fallacy of this approach is the belief that all young players will benefit from playing time right now and/or if the young players don't show something on the field this year we can conclude they won't be good players. Certainly playing time will help some young players, but others still need to observe, work in practice, etc. I think the coaches should do: 1. what's best for the team and 2. what's best for an individual player. Pleasing Leo Buscaglia's dumber brother, or some disgruntled fan has to be WAY down the list.
  24. The Bills did not cut TO. TO had a one-year contract with the Bills. TO's one-year contract with the Bills had expired. Now, it's true the Bills did not try to RE-SIGN TO, but that is a completely different thing than saying they cut TO. Not having TO on the team has nothing at all to do with their poor offensive performance so far this year.
  25. Stupid fathers do that for their stupid sons all the time.
