Need help quick. Who ya got to win the game outright?
ALF replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Question to Rex at presser Q: Do you remember the last time you were 0-2? A: No. Q: It’s because you haven’t been. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/09/13/said-rex-ryan-lesean-mccoy-tyrod-taylor-tuesdays-practice/ -
Bills' offensive line cramming to correct mistakes In the case of the Bills' blockers, it wasn't exactly the worst thing in the world to only take an abbreviated look at the missed assignments and other errors that helped contribute to a 10-year low of 160 yards in total offense. Right after the game and on Tuesday, LeSean McCoy was quick to accept blame for mistakes he made while running that ball that prompted him to go sideways, desperately looking for openings, more often than straight ahead. This wasn't a mere kind gesture on McCoy's part. More than a few people within the team's headquarters privately thought his play, as a runner and pass blocker, was far worse than that of the line's. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/09/13/bills-offensive-line-cramming-correct-mistakes/

Global warming err Climate change HOAX
ALF replied to Very wide right's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
hmmm New evidence shows conservatives are warming up to climate change The percentage of conservative Republicans (not just Republicans but conservative Republicans) who believes climate change is happening has jumped 19 percentage points in the last two years, to 47%. Overall, three-fourths of registered voters say global warming is real, with that figure up 7 percentage points since spring 2014. And a majority of Americans -- 56% -- say, correctly, that they think climate change is caused mostly by human activities. http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/29/opinions/sutter-conservatives-climate-election/index.html -
Without Glenn, Richie and Henderson , I can't blame Rex for trying to protect Taylor in preseason.

54 yards rushing + 11 yards Taylor means the OL needs to be healthy to have a chance

Zach Brown and Hughes missed team bus
ALF replied to buffaloboyinATL's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Starting linebackers Jerry Hughes and Zach Brown ended up taking an Uber to the stadium after they missed the first team bus. There was a later bus to the stadium for players, but the two wanted to get to the game quicker. Hughes documented the ride on his Instagram page. http://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2016/09/buffalo_bills_jerry_hughes_zach_brown_miss_team_bus_use_uber_to_get_to_stadium.html -
Sabres & NHL 2016-17 - Victor Antipin Signs One Year Deal
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Paul Cambria is the best lawyer money can buy. I don't think Evander ever had any jail time. -
Just get the injuries , suspensions , loss of Karlos out of the way this year. 2017 season with draft and more experience should be awesome when this roster is healthy.

ALF replied to Don't stop billievein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
After what Henderson is going thru , I give him a pass. I would hope if he fully recovers and can play 100% as soon as possible. -

Great work here regarding EpiPens
ALF replied to OCinBuffalo's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Mark Baum believes the relentless EpiPen price hikes are "shameful" and his company is plotting a $100 alternative for the lifesaving allergy treatment. Baum, known for offering a $1 substitute for the $750 AIDS drug Daraprim, told CNNMoney on Tuesday that his company Imprimis Pharmaceuticals (IMMY) has been quietly working on a compounded version of EpiPen for months. The company hopes to have it ready by the end of the year. The plans come amid the latest price gouging scandal over the 400% increase in EpiPen prices by Mylan (MYL). The drug maker and its CEO Heather Bresch have become the newest faces of corporate greed http://money.cnn.com/2016/08/30/investing/epipen-alternative-100-dollars/index.html -

Jason Lancaster, I'm the editor of AccurateAutoAdvice.com average vehicle pricing (emphasis on average): 10-15% of a vehicle's cost is labor Another 20-30% of the cost is materials 50-60% of a vehicle's cost is "overhead," defined as the plant that builds the car, the army of engineers employed by each manufacturer, the corporate structures (HR, accounting, etc.), advertising and marketing costs, etc. 10-20% of the cost goes towards sunk costs (engine development costs, chassis modeling, etc), but these are often included in the "overhead" figure above, so basically you can infer plants and the rest are 40-50% of a vehicle's cost. 5% is profit (sometimes a little more, sometimes a whole lot less) https://www.quora.com/What-percentage-of-the-cost-of-a-typical-car-is-labor -
Report: Aqib Talib on the Trading Block
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Talib makes just under $10M if you count signing bonus. I can see him wanting mo money from Denver. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/denver-broncos/aqib-talib-3024/ -

Cheap Drug, Expensive Pen The medicine costs about $1 a dose. It’s the delivery system that’s considered proprietary. http://www.webmd.com/allergies/news/20160825/true-cost-epipen-coupons If the drug were in a cartridge that could be replaced every year and use a similar unused pen, cost could be very low. -
I like EJ as a back up QB until someone better is there and the price is right. Cardale needs at least 2 seasons to develop.

Is Quinton Coples about to become a Bill?
ALF replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Rams coach Jeff Fisher said he "wanted to give him a chance and give him an opportunity to get out there early to see if he could find work. If not, we're going to keep the door open for him." "I really appreciated everything that he did," Fisher said of Coples. "Going from end to tackle, if you've never been in there, is quite a change. He worked really hard at it. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/17417198/los-angeles-rams-release-defensive-lineman-quinton-coples -

Looks like Dallas could use a back up QB now. I don't think the fans there would welcome Kaepernick right now though.
