Here is a Israeli source Rushed evacuation of US nukes from Incirlik In an earthshaking Middle East development, the United States has begun secretly evacuating the tactical nuclear weapons it had stockpiled at the southern Turkish air base of Incirlik and is transporting them to US bases in Romania. The Obama administration has thus taken another step towards folding its tents in the Middle East. Russian rapprochement, which Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin sealed in St. Petersburg on Aug.8. Since then, there have been calls for the Russian Air Force to be allowed to displace the US warplanes at Incirlik. This process has now begun The talks ground to a halt over Turkish insistence on assuming control of the nuclear arsenal and America’s rejection of this demand. http://www.debka.com/article/25613/Rushed-evacuation-of-US-nukes-from-Incirlik

Bills Cap Situation,Tyrod & Gilmore Deals, Future Outlook
ALF replied to rquinn619's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Janoris Jenkins agreed to a five-year, $62.5 million contract with the New York Giants. Jenkins is an exciting player that has returned five of his 10 career interceptions for touchdown. However, he’s allowed 22 touchdowns, the third-most in the NFL and 34 passes of over 20-yards to be completed against him, which is the fifth-most since 2012. http://billswire.usatoday.com/2016/08/18/buffalo-bills-stephon-gilmore-contract-whaley/ Gilmore is way better. $12.5M to start $14M tag -
Bills reach stadium naming rights agreement with New Era

$35 million and spanning the remaining seven years of the stadium's lease. Helps take a little sting out of the Dareus contract. -
A poster on the BB forum had a great idea. Dareus can regain good will by restructuring his contract so Gilmore can be re-signed long term. Buffalo Dunn Senior Member http://boards.buffalobills.com/showthread.php?530234-Dareus-suggestion

If Trump were a nice guy he would buy Hillary a motorized wheel chair
-
My understanding the lost pay checks stay with the owner except for fines up to $250K if 3 or more players suspended. Salary cap given credit also. Dareus has lost a fortune , hope this is his last mistake , and the FO learns not to give out massive guaranteed contracts. Taylor's was perfect
-
My main concern is getting the OL fully healthy to protect Taylor and the RBs
-
Dareus is out a fortune , how does the NFL notify a player to take a test? A missed phone call should not count.

Possible One Game Suspension for Manny Lawson for DV
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lawson has been the subject of an NFL investigation into an alleged domestic incident, The Buffalo News has confirmed with two separate league sources, and faces the possibility of a one-game league suspension for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2016/08/16/manny-lawson-facing-possible-one-game-nfl-suspensio -

Bills announce contract extension for Tyrod Taylor

That's the safest contract ever for the Bills. Wish we had a structure like that for all players , minimal guarantees -
Bills announce contract extension for Tyrod Taylor
ALF replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here it is http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tyrod-taylor/ Annual Bonus: $250,000 (50% playing time in the Super Bowl) Annual Base Escalator: $2.75M (playoff games, passing/rushing yard thresholds) -
Looks like the team is trying to get Whaley out of draft purgatory
-
A super complicated defence is over the heads of most players. A simple system , just let the players play like for Schwartz and Wade Phillips is the way to go JMO

Unlike the NBA and MLB, the NFL has actually taken recent steps to lessen punishment for positive Cannabis tests(See Josh Gordon). A tangible example of this was the raising of the threshold for a positive test from 15 nanograms per milliliter to 35ng/ml. In addition the NFL uses suspension as a last resort, coming into effect after the fourth positive test. That shouldn’t surprise anyone given that the NFL, more than any other sport, does everything it can to keep players on the field. Here is the NFL breakdown: First Infraction – Mandatory Rehabilitation Program Second Infraction – 2 Game Fine (Can Play Un-Paid) Third Infraction – 4 Game Fine (Can Play Un-Paid) Fourth Infraction – 4 Game Suspension Fifth Infraction – 10 Game Suspension https://www.cashinbis.com/mlb-nba-and-nfls-policy-on-cannabis/ That’s right, the NHL does NOT include Cannabis on its list of banned substances

Low expectations , low stress this season , focus on the 2017 draft to start over.

that made me laugh, stop that -
A Navy sailor facing prison time for taking photos of a classified area on a US nuclear attack submarine is asking a federal judge for leniency, citing the government's decision not to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information. The federal sentencing guideline ranges from 63 to 78 months. http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/navy-sailor-clinton-email-defense/index.html E-6 thats a pretty high enlisted rank , but not as high as either Clinton

Thanks Matthew, we needed that -
The teams of the players will get a salary cap credit in the current season for the amount of the suspensions. Other salary components can be at risk with suspensions. Teams can recoup the same proportion of the prorated amount of a player's signing bonus as he's losing in base salary Teams are required under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) to recoup signing bonuses for PED and substance-abuse suspensions. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/agents-take-real-costs-behind-the-nfls-suspended-stars-of-2015/
