The fear in NY is to not overwhelm the hospital system . If healthcare workers get infected and can't work , and run out of protective gear and ventilators. B-Man could give us first hand information if this applies to WNY.

Trucker couple reports from the road Ed told Doocy that one of the problems the couple is running into is finding food on the road because a lot of the chain stores won't let drivers walk up to the drive-thru windows. However, according to Ed, a lot of "mom and pop" local restaurants are putting up signs saying, "you are welcome to walk up and call us ahead of time and we'll even bring the food to your truck." "There are several police departments throughout several states that are helping truck drivers find safe places to park, restroom facilities, and they're even taking the driver to get food or bringing food to them," Tracy chimed in. "So that's really nice that the community is really stepping up to help the truck drivers." https://www.foxnews.com/media/truckers-road-coronavirus-shutdowns-grocery-hoarding This is sad , they are trying to bring goods to restock grocery stores but now their normal restaurants have to close.

US tax filing deadline moved to July 15, Mnuchin says Americans will have an additional three months to file their taxes amid the coronavirus pandemic, the US treasury secretary said on Friday. "We are moving Tax Day from April 15 to July 15," Secretary Steven Mnuchin tweeted. "All taxpayers and businesses will have this additional time to file and make payments without interest or penalties." He said he was acting at President Donald Trump's direction. The White House had announced previously they were deferring tax payments for 90 days, but that Americans would still need to file by April 15. Now, the deadline will be extended into the summer. https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/20/politics/steven-mnuchin-tax-day-july-15/index.html Problem in NYS for those trying to file for unemployment online. California orders its nearly 40 million residents to stay home to prevent the spread of coronavirus "We project that roughly 56% of our state's population -- 25.5 million people -- will be infected with the virus over an eight-week period," he said in a Wednesday letter to Trump asking him to send the USNS Mercy Hospital Ship to the port of Los Angeles for use through September 1. Under the order, essential services such as gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores, farmers markets, food banks, convenience stores and delivery restaurants will remain open. So will banks, local government offices that provide services and law enforcement agencies. Nonessential services such as dine-in restaurants, bars, gyms and convention centers will shut down. https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/19/us/california-coronavirus-stay-home-order/index.html

Cincy has a rare chance to take a top QB , don't even think of trading that far down. Someone might be able to trade up for Tua or Herbert, I just hope it's not the Pats**

Looks like Biden is the nominee. Once Obama starts to campaign for him the money will roll in. I just hope he picks a good VP -

8% pay raise for those still working in good paying jobs is wrong. Have unemployment benefits for low income workers who don't otherwise qualify . Do not give Trump bucks to families still having a income that is livable. The budget deficit during a prosperous time is way too high. The deficit during this emergency will be off the charts serious. The well to do were given a big tax cut by Trump , now is the time to help the working poor who are now unemployed by this pandemic. Walmart and Amazon have 100,000 temp jobs each open in this crisis so that will help. I do respect the economic expertise of GG 100% , my opinion is just that

Treasury Secretary warns US could see 20% unemployment rate due to coronavirus, source says Mnuchin's comments came as he urged Republican senators to act on economic stimulus measures totaling $1 trillion designed to avert that kind of worst case scenario. In the same meeting, Mnuchin also said he is concerned the economic ramifications of the coronavirus pandemic could be worse than the 2008 financial crisis, the source said. Mnuchin's comments, which were first reported by Bloomberg News, come amid a rising sense of urgency at the White House and on Capitol Hill to confront the increasingly serious threat of the coronavirus pandemic — on both the public health and economic fronts. https://www.cnn.com/world/live-news/coronavirus-outbreak-03-17-20-intl-hnk/h_2385aa5c7b037af0483c4bb31ee6b735

If Brady goes to Tampa and Winston stays a FA , where does he land ? Jameis Winston undergoes LASIK eye surgery Likely gone are the photos of Winston squinting on the sideline, which often became memes. Perhaps the interceptions won't be as frequent, too. There's no telling how much such an operation might help the nearsighted Winston. He's not the first NFL player to see an eye specialist after struggling on the field (notably, first-round bust Troy Williamson pinned his drops on his eyes) though it's worth noting Winston didn't blame his turnovers on his eyesight. Sharp vision should be a prerequisite for playing the position, of course, and Winston made it this far without LASIK. After all, he led the NFL in passing yards, breaking 5,100 despite the 30 interceptions. Maybe it helps him curb his penchant for taking risks, but we'll first have to learn where he's playing in 2020 before he can start to throw with the help of 20/20 vision. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001101946/article/jameis-winston-undergoes-lasik-eye-surgery
