I've been saying it all season. He looked way more explosive in preseason than Gore and still did today. Creates a mismatch in the passing game if line up out wide one on one vs a LB. Hopefully they surprise Houston next weekend with him in the lineup.

Atlanta was such a polarizing team this year. They were on an absolute war path the second half of the season. If they made the playoffs, they would have a good as shot as anyone to win it all imo.

I remember when he scored that touchdown in SB XXV, I was like who the heck was that guy lol!? If Thurman scored that TD, giving him 2 scores and 190 all - purpose yards, then he definitely wins mvp, becoming only second player to do so in a superbowl in a losing effort.

These would be cool for a Monday night game or Halloween edition. Would need a black or grey facemask I think. The reapers??!

What is it about them that you don't like? I like the white helmets also, but the ubiforms get pretty ordinary looking to me after awhile. Not too many teams use the 3rd team color as their helmet color as well.

Love this look, but really looking forward to the return of the red helmets. Would look amazing imo.

I think the starters should at least play a few series. Both times, coming out after a week off (preseason week 4 and bye week 6), they came out a little imprecise. They had a lot of mental mistakes vs NYJ week 1 and didn't start off well coming off the bye vs the Ravens. They pretty much used to 1st half to get warmed up, before actually playing the 2nd half it seemed like. I'd like to get our players rested up and healthy, but don't want them coming out flat in a very winnable playoff game, esp on the road.

Maybe they have moles in other organizations..?

Hard to say. I'm thinking about times that they have rested starters. Week 4 in preseason and week 6 in the regular season. They came out of the gate rusty in week 1 and needed the whole 1st half to wake up. And it was similar after their bye week iirc. They had a sluggy 1st half. So by judging how they come off of rest, I'm not so sure. Maybe just the guys who are dinged up and Singletary. Get Yeldon warmed up maybe.

Defense didn't quite break, but it was very, very bendy.
