  1. Are they gonna go with Stidham next year? I can't remember how he's looked in any NFL action. I wonder if they make a move up for a QB in the draft. They have a crap ton of draft capital, I think they got at least 4 comp picks. A lot of qb needy teams in the top 20 this year though.
  2. As far as bad calls, Buffalo got away with a delay of game penalty. That's all I can really think of. Would have been a low impact call. Missed / bad calls on Buffalo were quite impactful.
  3. It will be interesting to see the all-22 when it comes out. On broadcast it looked like Phillips and Hughes were getting mugged, literally tackled on plays.
  4. Isn't this the clear definition of helmet to helmet? Looks like he even lunges a bit. This was the most one sided officiated game I have ever seen. They basically weren't calling ANYTHING on Houston and making the tackiest of calls on Buffalo. Along with giving generous spots and literally making up rules as they go. Maddening.
  5. Rewatched it, didn't see anything. The more I look, the more crappy calls I see...
  6. I didn't think so at first, but after rewatching the game, it was quite unbalanced as far as officiating goes. Texans OL and DB's were allowed to be more physical, more holdy and grabby. While Bills were hit with very ticky tacky calls. Texans seemed to be given the benefit of the doubt most of day.
  7. I'm not sure if that makes me feel better or worse ?
  8. A very loser/scummy remark to tell someone to kill oneself. That one or two individuals definitely do not reflect on this fan base as a whole.
  9. NFL rules are black and white. There shouldn't be any grey area. How many times have you heard them say "By rule" when they are explaining a call on the field? And you just can't make any kind of call based on what a player "meant" to do. That's basically the bottom line.
  10. It was a weak ass call at a crucial moment of a crucial ball game. The refs can throw a flag on about 80% of plays if they want. All of these touchy penalties are the reason ratings are down imo. Only call blatant penalties and let the men play. It's as simple as that. Ratings through the roof again!
  11. I'm thinking Gore won't be on the roster next season.
  12. I would just like to point out the Tannehill threw 15 passes and Henry had 34 carries =D.
  13. This game encapsulated Josh Allen as the polarizing player that he is perfectly. Made some beautiful throws, some amazing plays that not many other men are capable of making. Then he does stuff like that lateral and goes into hero mode. Also he needs to learn how to not take sacks at times when you simply cannot take one. He took a big step in year 2. I think he'll learn to play smarter and continue to make strides in year 3. Another weapon or 2 and another year under his belt.
  14. funny part is if he 4 more inches on his vertical, he probably catches it.
  15. That was a pretty routine sideline catch. Not much, if any stretch required by Brown to keep his feet in bounds. 100% should have got his feet in bounds.
  16. Liked what I saw from him today. I was pounding the table for him in OT.
  17. Uh yeah, talented but raw, young qb in his 1st playoff game on the road and you throw the ball 46 times? He went into hero mode. You should have slowed him down and ran the ball.
  18. I like what BB and SM have built here. But they make some very odd personnel decisions. They make smart moves, then do stuff that makes no sense. There is nothing Gore does that Yeldon can't do. Yeldon is twice the receiving threat Gore is. I liked what they were doing with 2 RB sets, but Yeldon would have added another element. He's more explosive, bigger and faster. I was saying all week, if DS gets 20+ carries, we win. He's the most dynamic player out there. It's sickening he didn't get a single handoff in OT. It was a criminal of daboll. It was right there in front of you. Super frustrating game. Along with the other miscues and certain calls that didn't go our way, this game shouldn't have been close really.
  19. I definitely can see that angle. I felt at times there was a narrative to his play calls in previous games.
  20. If we run the ball in ot, in their territory, we win that game imo. DS was doing work, gaining extra yards after contact and finding creases. Absolutely terrible playcalling in ot.
  21. how can it be a blindside block if he's not blindsided ? Super touchy call.
