  1. Reid was on the chiefs for 6 years before a Super Bowl appearance. 2013-2018 were no super bowl years. Really says something about Chiefs fans patience 😂
  2. Anyone is better than the people they get on TV besides Romo.
  3. Every year 13 teams make the playoffs and lose. Surely you aren't suggesting they turnover coaching as a result? Texans were Allen's first playoff game. Chiefs beat us in year 2 that is fair in both regular season and post season. But year 3, we beat the chiefs in their stadium in the regular season handily. We went to Arrowhead again in the post season and yes blew it but played a much closer game. Year 4, we beat the chiefs once again in Arrowhead. We will see what happens in the post season. The same could be said about the Titans. It is extremely confounding how you guys don't see progress. Yes the Super Bowl is the ultimate goal but changing this, what we have right now is the most stupid and foolhardy thing a bills fan can consider. All so we can hire another string of Jauron, Marrone, and Rex Ryan? Oh.... no we will hire the RIGHT coach 😂 like Sean Payton with a 40% no playoff appearance rate with Drew Brees let alone the losses in the postseason that you apparently hate...I'll take my chances in the playoffs with McDermott, thanks.
  4. Not sure what you mean. I am going to dog Allen here but we were in the position to win all three games. In Miami, Allen turfed a go ahead TD to McKenzie on 3rd down. In New Jersey, Allen threw 2 picks to turn momentum in what was going to be another Bills/Jets blowout In Minnesota, Allen fumbled a snap on the goaline (which apparently no one ever does), and threw the game losing pick. Contributing factor was the defense utterly missing all tackles/angles on Dalvin Cook's long TD run. Contributing factor was the Lewis/Jefferson cooperative catch Sure you can say somewhere in there McDermotts "play calling" or coaching should have prevented this but I don't buy it. Week after week this team is consistently in the position to win because of a combination of Beane and McDermotts efforts and our players shoot themselves in the foot. If we can get over that then we aren't beatable.
  5. Here that one is: He will argue Singletary should've taken it to the house though. Just not good enough 😂
  6. They almost lost a bunch of games if I recall correctly. The below games came down to the wire. Raiders vs Chiefs was a close game - Raiders found a way to lose Chargers vs Chiefs was a close game - Herbert got hurt towards the end Titans vs Chiefs was a close game - Chiefs got 2 practice tries for a 2 pt conversion before the refs called the final successful one good. 2:25 starts the egregious Kelce bear hug and throw the DB but somehow its DPI and retry 2 pt conversion lmao.
  7. Hard to picture that. Can you show me one where Singletary doesn't get decent gains with holes like this?
  8. The Cook TD run was just inexcusable after allowing what? 17 yards rushing up til then? It is certainly baffling. Reminiscent of the titans and the Henry run. Changed the whole game.
  9. That just means they havent watched the games. Yeah we made some mistakes, but some very correctable mistakes. Better now than in the post season. Both Jets and Vikings games were heading into blowout territory if we didnt make a few boneheaded moves.
  10. Ah so they found a way to win one time so they are absolved of all your negativity, pessimism, defeatism and doubt. I highly doubt you take this route if the Bills win one. But we shall see. Either way the discussion was about the Chiefs "always finding a way to win". The last two years they have not. In fact they have consistently lost in monumental fashion.
  11. Do they though? Found a way to lose to the Pats in the AFCCG. Found a way to win against the 49ers for a SB. (I'd say the 49ers moreso found a way to lose) Found a way to not score a TD against the Bucs in the SB. Found a way to lose a 3 score lead to the Bengals in the AFCCG. Found a way to throw the game losing pick to us in Week 6. It seems as though they find a way to lose more often than win and I have no doubt that if this was the bills record, you'd be questioning Allen, you'd be questioning McDermott, you'd be questioning everything.
  12. Could be any one of those games to be honest. They randomly lost to the Matt Ryan led Colts. They also seem to play their division close. Rams and Texans are probably unlikely without Kupp being in and the Texans being the Texans though.
  13. You can't miss the playoffs 40% of the time with Drew Brees and be beyond reproach.
  14. He was hired in 2006 and missed the playoffs for 2 consecutive years in 2007 (7-9) and 2008 (8-8). Is there any doubt there would be these exact comments about wasting Drew Brees? They would have come for his head and missed the super bowl year in 2009 lmao.
  15. 40% no playoff appearance rate with Drew freaking Brees. No thanks.
  16. So is winning 1 super bowl covering up Andy Reid's critical failures? Should the Chiefs be looking at replacing Andy Reid with Sean Payton? 😂
  17. I am just going to copy and paste this here. The good news for you is that 2021 was an outlier. The bad news is that you won't stop touting that stupid statistic anyway. 1 score games 2018 - 3-3 2019 - 4-6 2020 - 6-1 2021 - 0-6 2022 - 2-3 Meanwhile 2 score games: 2018 - 3-7 2019 - 6-1 2020 - 9-3 2021 - 12-1 2022 - 4-0
  18. It is like you don't watch other games. Remember this?
  19. You are completely missing the point. The consistent playoff exposure for their teams resulted in super bowl. It wasn't some magic bullet the head coach had or else they would have won more of them. Outside of Belichick, winning a super bowl is building a roster, and getting to the playoffs and trying to make sure the ball lands our way throughout the playoffs to get there. None of these coaches (outside of Belichick) are going to take this roster and say "oh, just do this and this and suppppeeerrrrr booooowwllll!!!!". And I say Belichick because he would bring his conniving ways to fix it in his favor. As someone else said, Belichick and the Patriots really ruined your guys perception of what it takes to win a super bowl. Half of this board would jump at Sean Payton despite a pretty terrible no playoff record of 40% with Drew Brees at QB. 2006 - NFCCG Loss 2007 - Missed playoffs 2008 - Missed Playoffs 2009 - Won Super Bowl 2010 - Wild Card Loss 2011 - Divisional Loss 2012 - Missed Playoffs 2013 - Division Loss 2014 - Missed Playoffs 2015 - Missed Playoffs 2016 - Missed Playoffs 2017 - Divisional Loss 2018 - NFCCG Loss 2019 - Wild Card Loss 2020 - Divisional Loss
  20. The same Sean Payton that went to the Super Bowl once in 14 years with Drew freaken Brees? I swear guys..... Thats why you don't get rid of a coach that consistently gets you in the playoffs year after year. If we start missing the playoffs consistently then McDermott is in the hotseat but until then every year we get into the playoffs is another shot at winning that streak of games and it all.
  21. Defense is part of the game. If a defense isnt forcing mistakes by good offenses, but also losing at points throughout the game, then what are you even watching? Aside from win/loss column, I'd rewatch this game over the Steelers blowout 10 to 1. I mean its great you picked up on the KC game and the Vikings game as being labeled as respective games of the year and yes we lost both of them. But this narrative that it is always that way is silly. Like I said, to each their own. Wallow in the misery that the Bills aren't obliterating every opponent like Week 1 and Week 2. I will enjoy watching the Bills play competitive football week in and week out.
  22. If you say so. I saw a lot of good football though but you are free to wallow in despair.
  23. I get it sucks to lose but it was a good fun game to watch. I know we want to win it all but sometimes we just need to enjoy good football. Minus the fumbled snap, it was good football.
  24. So can I get this take down for sure? Because this is interesting in terms of bad internet takes. You would prefer Tyreek Hill playing with Patrick Mahomes than Tua Tagovailoa? Did I get that right? So in all honesty, you consider Tua the bigger threat to the Bills postseason run than Mahomes? Come on man. No one wanted Hill in the division but away from Mahomes is absolutely better than anyone else. Also the Dolphins beat up on 3 bad teams and suddenly their offense is better than ours? I bet you made a thread or at least a post last year talking about how the bills werent good bc we beat bad teams last year 😂 Lions PPG 29.3 (32nd) Bears PPG 24.7 (25th) Browns PPG 26.4 (31st)
  25. Likewise I am glad the Buffalo Bills have you here to keep fans aspirations in check. Where would we be if we didn't have you consistently crapping on the team!
