  1. 1. Buffalo has a new downtown football stadium 2. The Bills are attempting to repeat as Super Bowl champions 3. I am Elmer J. Fudd. Millionaire. I own a mansion and a yacht
  2. The Bills are not making the playoffs this year. Heck, we could easily end up below .500. The sooner you accept that the season is over, the less you will suffer. Sincerely, Life-long (40+ years) Bills fan.
  3. It's probably the logical thing to do, but I'd sooner rub sandpaper against my eyeball than root for the Patriots.
  4. Well, if we were going to get rid of a QB, Cassell would have been my first choice to go. Doesn't see like we got all that much for the guy, but what do I know?
  5. I imagine Brady getting hurt every time I see his arrogant face.
  6. I like the thought. My only concern would be that are two best receivers after a trade both have injury concerns.
  7. I'm disappointed if the Bills organization has decided that E.J. will be the 3rd string QB (or released). Teams will not respect Cassel's ability to throw deep, making it more difficult on our running game.
  8. Good luck Stevie. Go humiliate those Seattle corner backs if possible.
  9. My earliest memory was coming back from hunting and listening to the Bills on the car radio with my dad. OJ Simpson was in his prime, and listening to the games on the radio was thrilling. "He's at the 40, 45, 50, 45..."! Fond memories.
  10. Excited for opening day? Sure. Expecting the Bills to be any better than the last 10 years? I'm not falling for that one again. As someone said earlier: show me the baby. Go Bills!
  11. The dolphin looks kind of, um... flaccid.
  12. I would think even on a good year it would be difficult to accurately predict how the draft will play out. I'd be interested in seeing Drafttek's prediction(s) before the draft, compared to what actually transpired.
  13. I pretty much agree with the original post. I am not a Nassib fan, but they take him at #8, it would mean to me they are extremely confident in the guy (to make what will be considered a ridiculous reach). Doesn't mean he'd pan out. I'm just saying... I would like them to draft and LB or WR with their 1st pick if possible. If they have any doubt about a QBs available at #8 or #41, draft one later.
  14. There is iron in your words of sarcasm for all Bills fans to see.
  15. My thoughts exactly. He knows there'll be 2 QBs in the draft that will be long-time starters in the NFL... he just has to figure out which 2? Huh? I would like him a lot more if he sounded life Foghorn Leghorn. Whatever he is - playing poker or otherwise - it's useless listening to him.
  16. I think you mean... Be a starter for a year on a piece of crap team in a dysfunctional franchise.
  17. That is my nightmare scenario as well. This is the wrong year to reach for a QB.
  18. I hope they're playing for a high draft pick next year. We need a franchise QB, and there's a consensus that this year's lot are not that. Why not wait? Otherwise, they'll just be trying to sell more seats to a team that will be 8-8 at best. And it will likely be the same thing the year after that, and the year after that.
  19. I think this was a good non-move by the Bills. OGs do not have enough of an impact to warrant that much cap. I wish Andy the best of luck.
  20. My two cents. If Fitz is unwilling to renegotiate his contract and take a pay cut, the Bills should release him. I don't see our QB of the future anywhere in this year's draft. I would like to see them fill other holes, and get some punching bag to play QB for a year. This will never happen, but I would like to see them do poorly enough in 2013 to get a good QB in next year's draft. Knowing the Bills, however, they will suck, be completely un-entertaining, and still somehow manage to win 6-8 games.
