  1. For some reason, that app always seems to have trouble during games.
  2. I hate these special teams penalties - they always kill our drive start position.
  3. Heath looks like he might be a former Buffalo Bill in a few days.
  4. I am surprised that the Lions are playing their starters. The interception served them right.
  5. According to Joe B, EJ will watching the game next to Hackett in the coaches' booth. That is smart and educational for him.
  6. Starters according to BB.com: Bills Offensive Starters: WRs 88 Goodwin & 15 Hogan LT 66 Welch LG 59 Legursky C 61 Snow RG 73 Caldwell RT 71 Young TE 85 Smith QB 7 Leinart RB 20 Choice FB 38 Summers Bills Defensive starters LDE 96 Gilbert DT 90 Branch DT 97 Bryant RDE 58 Blatnick SLB 54 Dowtin MLB 52 Moats WLB 53 Bradham LCB 29 Butler SS 36 Meeks FS 27 Williams RCB 44 Heath
  7. They finally hit with 6a. Such a shame.
  8. I am interested to see how he does as well. I also find it "interesting" that it did not take long at all for some people on this board to already seem to be rooting against him. I suppose I should not be surprised.
  9. If Leinart plays well for the Bills, shouldn't we be happy?
  10. Was this really a surprise to anyone?
  11. I agree. I think Tuel starts the game so that the first time that actually warms up and starts a real NFL game is not against the Pats. I would be surprised if Tuel plays more than a series or two. After that, it will be Leinart and Thad for the rest of the game.
  12. I would love to go. Unfortunately, I am in Miami and will not be back in Buffalo until later in the season.
  13. FWIW, I thought Leinart handled himself well at the PC (as did Byrd).
  14. FWIW, his coach at Duke was David Cutcliffe -- the same guy Peyton likes to train with (I think he was a coach at Tennessee when Peyton was there).
  15. I am not going to question the guy's manhood after seeing the shots he has taken in the NFL. I will leave that to you keyboard jockeys.
  16. Agreed. He also is a Buffalo Bill. Why anyone would "pray" that someone got hurt or be happy that someone got hurt (particularly a player on our team), I will never know. I remember being at a game when some "fans" cheered when one of our former QBs got hurt. I also do not understand calling a guy a kitty. These guys are tougher than any of the keyboard jockeys here. Watch Hard Knocks to see what these guys go through. Better yet, regarding Kevin Kolb, take another look at the shot he took when he got hurt last year.
  17. I saw him play for Duke against the Canes a few times. He played pretty well for Duke. I presume he is a bright kid.
  18. Although I am probably in the minority, I do not mind the Leinart signing at all under the circumstances. It cost us nothing in terms of picks. Admittedly, when I saw him play in person at the Orange Bowl (as well as other games on TV), I thought he was going to have a good NFL career. To date, he has not. Perhaps, after being humbled and with the help of our coaching staff, he will be a capable QB in EJ's absence. We have nothing to lose, and (again) he cost us nothing.
  19. This.
  20. This is part of the master plan to get Clowney.
  21. When I saw the headline, I already knew who wrote the column before ever reading it. That was my understanding as well.
  22. Yes, I do. Sometimes, I record those when I want to go over the game again later. It is a great option without having to take up too much room on the DVR.
