  1. Mike Hughes is great! I'm biased, though because I work at UCF and went to graduate school there. I'd love it if the Bills took him, but not in the first round.
  2. The Vikings since my wife's a huge fan.
  3. Per the NFL rules in Section 7 - Backward Pass and Fumble https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/2017-nfl-rulebook/#section-7-backward-pass-and-fumble Article 1 Backward Pass. A runner may throw a backward pass at any time (3-22-4). Players of either team may advance after catching a backward pass, or recovering a backward pass after it touches the ground. Article 3 Fumble. A fumble is any act, other than a pass or kick, which results in a loss of player possession. My interpretation is that since a lateral is a backward pass, when it hits the ground it isn't a fumble since a fumble is any act other than a pass or kick.
  4. Just got on the front page and the first 15 articles are free. It's not fair that I have to scroll down so far to get to the paid content. Seriously, though...the old design seemed to pack in more articles per square inch. Was it a conscious decision to change that?
  5. I don't live in Buffalo and never have, but I subscribe to their Bills content.
  6. The UCF @ Cincinnati game last night was called after the 3rd quarter because of lightning and heavy rain. It was really coming down. Hope it's not like that today.
  7. He was an economics major.
  8. My wife's a Vikings fan, so I root for them as long as they're not playing the Bills. When they are playing the Bills, we use it as an opportunity to test our children's loyalties.
  9. This question tore the Bills locker room apart in 2015. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/182556-the-bills-locker-room-is-divided-over-the-hot-dog-debate/
  10. I wouldn't really call it a lie. They do need room to sign everyone. Maybe like a gymnasium. And multiple pens, too, because if they have to share it could take a long time.
  11. Exactly! Sarchasm - The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the recipient who doesn't get it
  12. When flipping a coin 17 times in a row, there are 2^17 = 131,072 possible outcomes of head/tail sequences. The chances of getting a particular outcome (all heads) is then 1/131,072. The problem with your math is that 0.00000762939 (7.62939e-6) expressed as a fraction is not 19/25,000,000. It's 1/131,072.
  13. I suppose this may be useful if someone has no other way to watch their local CBS station. When they let you pick the game you want to watch I might be interested.
  14. Which list is Jesus on, and when can he be activated?
  15. You can thank (or hate) David Lee for the Wildcat. After all, he was named "Innovator of the Year" by Sporting News in 2008 for it. I'm ok with it as long as it works.
  16. Is that mayo on there? If it is, that's just wrong.
  17. Great, now I'm stuck with Jacksonville games.
  18. Why is it that nobody can get University of Central Florida's name right? It's the 2nd largest school in the country! And yes, that's the part I found most offensive about the lawsuit.
  19. This is my new favorite tool. If I let it predict games by "Defensive Rank", Buffalo wins the division.
  20. Who needs Freeman? Just put TJ Graham in at QB. He looked better than Tuel.
  21. Who do they cut to make room for the new kicker if they sign one? (assuming they don't put him on IR).
  22. Ok, that's just wrong.
  23. Strength of victory tiebreaker. Green Bay's opponents are 10-15 (40% win percentage) and Detroit's opponents are 10-14 (41.7% win percentage) Same reason the Bills would be top seed in the AFC over the Chargers
  24. Here's what the playoffs would look like if the season ended today (instead of someone's projection): NFL.com Week 6 Playoff Picture
  25. That score definitely isn't possible in OT, even with the new rules. If the first team with the ball scores a touchdown, then it's game over. Both teams only get a chance to posess if the first team with the ball scores a field goal. If that happens, the second team gets a chance. If the second team scores a touchdown, then it's game over. If the second team scores a field goal, then regular sudden death rules ensue.
