Pretty big gamble. Top 5 Tackle $$ for Jennings is not smart capwise, especially when he's NOT a top 5 Tackle. If no one bit, he's ours but we lose out in other areas of the team. For a good Tackle who's always fighting injuries, he's just not worth the massive cap hit.

( See Greggggggggg Williams ) The downside is that Crennel may have slim pickings when trying to assemble a quality staff. Many top Asst.'s who were looking for work have found new homes. Job security is king and most jump at the first opportunity offered. Thus the urgency/temptation to make a quick Head Coach hire.

I had a feeling the playoffs would be a bit predictable and short on drama. The Pats seemed to tower over the AFC while the Eagles beat up an incredibly weak NFC. The key for the SB is whether Philly can get any pressure on Brady or the talented secondary can shut down the Pats receivers. If not, it's a Pats blowout.

I went to 14-15 games at the old Rockpile. I can still see that entrance on Best St. The black peanut salesman with the muttonchops, yelling poetry as he sold his peanuts. Those wooden bingo chairs on the field in the endzone. ( sat there a couple times ) . The cheerleaders spelling out Buffalo. Those wonderful helmets and uniforms. ( Sigh )

Ah HA ! I knew some of you were bandwagon fans ! You started liking the Bills during the Kelly,Smith,Thurman years. How brave. I started going to games in 1968. 1-12-1 that year.
