Shakir should have been utilized more dating back to last year. He's speed and agility makes him very dangerous. Glad to see Brady using Cook, Shakir, Morris, and many others. Mismatches are what keep defenses off balance. Different players, packages, etc. No where to key in on.

Glide as I call him, has been great this year. It's why I'm pissed he hasn't been utilized more by Dorsey. The kid is sneaky good. Doesn't look like he's moving but he continues to pick up chunk yards.

Longest play against them as well as the longest in the NFL. Dorsey has been a huge problem for long time. I'm glad he's gone.

No, he just drew up game plans equivalent to a high school O coordinator. Execution plays a role, but not consistently putting players in advantageous positions for success is a bigger role.

I've been saying it for weeks. Dorsey has to go. It's pathetic to watch. No one is ever open. There is no scheme. We don't create mismatches. This is just call a play and line up and screw it, whatever happens, happens.

It's not our year. Changes need to be made. Offense Coordinator is a necessity.

Look at these play calls by Dorsey. No one open, no scheme, everyone covered. This guy is ruining this offense.

Where is the mismatch? Where is the exploit of the defense? It's non existent. It just line up and run a play. No scheme, no design....nothing but a flat offense. A swing pass to Murray? Come on. No vision. No creativity. Nothing. We don't deserve to win. D coordinators are playing chess, Dorsey is playing checkers.

Did anyone watch Dorsey press conference where he admitted he doesn't change his game plan in game. It was the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Even when it's not working, he doesn't adapt. This is the reason we look like trash. There is zero creativity on offense. Zero scheme to take advantage of our skill players vs bad match ups. Dorsey is trash and it's irresponsible of McD to not do something about it.
