Without reviewing the film yet, Spencer Brown may be deserving of a game ball. Crosby was a non factor today, which amazes the hell out of me.

I agree on some points. Miami looks awesome. They looked awesome with Tua all year last year and it doesn't look like they missed a beat with him back this year. Home field is huge, especially for Allen in Buffalo. They are 11 out of 12 at home dating back over 2 years. Bills Mafia and the fan base in general, bring the energy. Allen and this team feed off of that. There were multiple instances today where Allen killed plays, changed plays and was easily able to communicate with teammates in the quiet, cozy confines of home base. Miami is going to score, you need to be able to match that potency to win. Not many teams can score at will like Miami, Buffalo happens to be one of them. I expect 25-35 points scored by both teams when we meet.

The Jets will sign a veteran Qb in the next 2 weeks. Probably Carson Wentz. We should have never lost to them.

Pats had an opportunity 2 weeks in a row; fate has finally been unkind to them. It's clear after two weeks of the season, Miami is going to be the team to beat with a healthy Tua. Defense will not be enough to beat Miami, offensive power is what it's going to take to beat them. Miami is the biggest threat to us in the division. Thank God we have them at home in few weeks, we will need that edge.

Sophomore slump?

Is the Jets defense is good as people think it is, or was our offense just not playing to what we know they are? The Boys have a 10 point lead, Dak is taking what they give him, they seem to be moving the ball at will. I think a Bills off day was really the reason we lost last week.

The bottom line here is Josh Allen was patient today some may call a conservative I call it smart. He made the throws then he needed to make he took what the defense gave him we got the Run game going and the defense was completely off balance all day. In my opinion today is a textbook example of how to play solid offense.

This is what happens when you keep a defense off balance.

I love an efficient and effective Josh Allen. Take what they give you Josh, you will get yours if you do. Great offensive performance today.

He was, we needed a first down. He was at the sticks. His depth looked perfect. I thought the same thing. Why no double move? Safety was playing so aggressive he could have been set up and burned.

I'm beyond consolation prizes and moral victories, I want championships. I'm not drooling all over the Jets D either. Sure they are good, but those turnovers were terrible. Our D is every bit as good.

I posted the film break down in this thread. Cover 1 showed exactly how they were misaligned. It was the linebackers.

The LBs were misaligned. They should all have shifted over to the right.

Jets D was a problem last year, it's continued into this year. A full game of Rodgers could have been SUPER ugly. It's game 1 but man JA lost that game. 4 turn overs on the road deserves a loss.

Their star Qb was out for the season. We barely beat them at home in the playoffs, against their back up Qb.

Lot of fans here in denial right now. Miami was stellar today. They can score at will. Tua looked locked in with touch, accuracy and anticipation. We struggled against both Miami and Jets last year. We better bring our A game this year. Miami picked up right where they left off....and then some.

Over 1000 yards rushing last year, I believe.

I'm expecting a prime time win on the road against a division opponent. I don't care what or how it happens, it must happen. Are the Jets improved, yes. Are they talented, yes. So are we. We are built for this ***** and we will prevail.

Why we are at it, bring back Terrell Owen's.

IMO, this division will come down to the Jets or the Bills, with the last game of the year being the deciding factor. I think we will start strong but will struggle toward the second half with some of the marquee match ups. I think the Jets will start slow and come on strong in the second half. This may come down to coaching and team unity, which I believe we have the edge. Make no mistake, the Jets are just as talented as we are. They are trying to buy a Super Bowl but we are a huge hurdle standing in their way. This is going to be a wild season.
