The positives we're seeing is Oliver using his quickness to beat linemen before they are on him. He's also constantly shifting laterally, which keeps him alive, but also makes him useless against quick hitting plays. Runningback is one of those positions where you don't really need to learn much. Treat him like Gump. Just tell him to run. The rest of that stuff is just gravy. Look at Adrian Peterson. The guy still sucks at everything except running the ball.
