  1. Happy birthday! See you @ the tailgate.
  2. Sorry, folks. I've been busy doing other things. I'm planning to do this either later this month or mid July.
  3. Happy birthday to a fellow member of the 1969 club. Have a great day.
  4. I've met so many people from this board that I consider friends, and then there are those who are like family to me. Paul definitely qualified as family for so many reasons. I still can't believe he's gone and will miss him. Rest in peace, Paul.
  5. Wasn't it $6 per person last year?
  6. He's probably good enough to win multiple Hypemans as the ND quarterback. Where's Beano Cook when you need him?
  7. What? Your head?
  8. The Jennifer Connelly of a few years ago was hot. The one who decided to go "Hollywood" and look like a skeleton is a real turn off. Too bad.
  9. Great movie w/ tons of great scenes. I like when Marty Feldman comes back outside just to scare the horses..."Blucher!" I also love the scene where Gene Wilder goes into the room w/ Peter Boyle and instructs Feldman, Teri Garr, and Cloris Leachman not to let him out no matter what he says....then he starts calling for his 'mommy' out of fear.
  10. I still like this one better..... Billy Clanton: Why, it's the drunk piano player. You're so drunk, you can't hit nothin'. In fact, you're probably seeing double. [billy Clanton draws a knife, and Doc Holliday takes out a second gun] Doc Holliday: I have two guns, one for each of ya.
  11. I'd like to thank the following posters for continuing a great tradition of spirited, rational, reasonable discussion here on the Wall:
  12. I don't see Bunkley slipping to 15 or lower, as the Cardinals, Rams, Browns, and Ravens (picks 10-13) all have interest in a DT and all, even the 3-4 Brownies, have shown interest in Bunkley. Now, if there was any way to trade down w/ one of those 4 teams and still pick up a 2nd, I'd be all for it.
  13. And, while you're all @ it, predict the score for the first 5 weeks of NFL football, too. C'mon, experts. To amuse the birthday boy: 1. Houston: Reggie Bush, RB, USC 2. New Orleans: D'Brickashaw Ferguson, OT, Virginia 3. Tennessee: Matt Leinart, QB, USC 4. NY Jets: Mario Williams, DE, NC State 5. Green Bay: Vernon Davis, TE, Maryland
  14. Be nice now, cajun. He was plenty nice to the Bayou Bengals when they won the title OUTRIGHT a few years back.
  15. Happy birthday to all, except JoeSixPack.
  16. I wish I could, guys. I'm driving up for the draft party, but I won't get into town until just before they open the gates @ RICH, probably.
  17. I can't stand sarcasm.
  18. That would be a nice pick. Mangold looks to be a guy you just draft and put into the lineup as your starter. He's done nothing in the offseason to prove this wrong. That would certainly solidify one interior OL position for us.
  19. I thought that was it. Thanks.
  20. I'm only 8 hrs away. Too bad it wasn't already open, as we were just in Charlotte last weekend.
  21. Me too. If we come out of round 1 w/ D'Brickashaw Ferguson, that would be the best start possible to our draft.
  22. D'Brickashaw Ferguson does remind me so much of Mike Williams. They could be twins.
  23. What have you seen to make you believe that Ferguson will be a bust? What have you noticed to make you feel his success so far won't translate to the NFL?
  24. Don't ruin his moment. Even though the players are nothing alike, the fact that both were Ohio State LBs means they will share the same fate. Didn't you know that?
