  1. Wrong to go after a quitter. I don't care how good he is. I said that a while ago, too. And I really don't give a flying F why AB wouldn't want to come to Buffalo. Glad you understand him, though. He needs that. More understanding. Poor AB, he's just so misunderstood.
  2. Beane and Co. were wrong to go after this loser. I said that a while ago. Glad it didn't go down. Would have been a bad deal, imo.
  3. Yep. What all these Brown defenders won't offer up is WHY this great talent hasn't been dealt yet. Phones at the Steelers HQ should be ringing off the hook with offers for the greatest receiver on the planet. Everyone actually knows the WHY but people want to act like you can simply separate the talent from the character. He's a quitter. On a playoff contending team that really needed him on the field. And he just couldn't be bothered to answer the call because he doesn't like his QB? That doesn't sit well with football people in front offices around the league.
  4. What an odd coincidence. In 2002 I ranked all the free agent QBs I would have liked to see come to Buffalo, and Sage Rosenfels didn't even make the list. I mean, you just can't have a QB named "Sage".
  5. A game I think he loses, ultimately. There's no way the Steelers should just release him. I get that they want to, but they should resist the urge. If he doesn't report, you put him on the reserve/did not report list and let him languish.
  6. Why is the market so bleak for the greatest thing since sliced bread? Something isn't right when the arguably best receiver in the game (or so I've been told here) can't find a team willing to make a deal. These other teams aren't stupid. When Brown broke the football code by quitting on his teammates, coaches, and fans, he served notice league wide. Can't wait to see where he ends up and for what cheap price. Whoever he ends up with, better have a strong locker room, because this loser will start complaining the minute he feels he's not the main focus of the passing game.
  7. I'm sure there is MUCH more to the story. I'm sure Ben R is the BIGGEST contributor to their discontent. It was THEIR decision and THEIR decision ONLY, to quit. On their teammates, coaches, and fans.
  8. That's all that needs to be said. He's a quitter. Amazing how people can defend that. I don't care how much of an a hole Ben R is, deciding to quit on your teammates, coaches, and fans is ALWAYS ENTIRELY your decision. Antonio Brown is a loser.
  9. Uh-oh. Font police. Heads up everybody.
  10. Hutton looking like Sabre Lehner. Lack of a quality #1 goalie is our biggest issue, especially given the game Housley prefers to play.
  11. If I only had a choice between the two, it would be Taylor. He’s a much more fluid athlete.
  12. I'm with you on this. Win or lose, I need to see PROGRESSION of our younger players, Skinner hit 40 goals, Dahlin keeps adding points, and Jack hit 90 points with 30 goals. It's not a bad thing for the younger players we are absolutely dependent on to develop to finish strong, bank some wins, and leave with a more positive feeling going into the summer. But this team is a couple years away, imo, from being playoff contenders, let alone cup contenders. And Botterill's interview with NHL.com had a touch of Regier's "we are in for some suffering" vibe.
  13. Kelly should have gone to Penn State. He would have been a helluva linebacker! ?
  14. I’ll take Profiles in Grace, Courage, and Class, Alex.
  15. Agreed. LaConjecture is making an educated guess based on the personal relationship both GMs have with Williams.
