Well, would ya? Would pooj? On another note, I think the thrown will be destroyed. -
I read the thread title too quickly, saw “hat draft” and thought it was another stupid Mike Schopp bit. Sorry Yolo.

Will the Bills move up for Quinnen Williams?

I’m not saying Oliver won’t be a great player, but that perception may be a result of one playing in the SEC and the other in the American West. Doesn’t matter as Oliver has all the tools you’re looking for at the 3 and that’s the most important factor. -

Why not? Will the team implode or something? Big difference between being best player and best leader as you know. He just doesn’t seem cut out for it. There are ways to do it without insulting him. I just get the feeling it’s not that important to him, so maybe I think it’s less of a big deal than it might be. Hey, remember at the end of February when Scandella went on about how exciting it was to “play meaningful games in March?”

Perfectly ok with questioning Eichel. He’s a great player, but he’s not captain material. He’s full of crap with his pronouncements about how there is pride on the line, still much to play for, yada yada yada. Takes too many shifts off to be an effective leader. And he’s just been mailing it in since his suspension. My first move as coach would be to take the C away and give it to someone who leaves it all on the ice EVERY game, EVERY shift. Might actually relieve some pressure from Eichel as well.

No way he falls to nine. No. Way.

Are you under the impression that isn’t the bulk of the scouting process?

Not exactly a high bar, that. ?

UB can hold their heads a little higher with every Texas Tech win. To hold the highest scoring team in the country to 32 second half points is damned impressive.

Nah, he was a practical joker in the room, but a genuinely good teammate. There was some friction between the old guard and Kelly and Co. for sure though, at least initially. Kelly came in and immediately asserted his leadership, but Smersls wasn’t one of the guys upset by that. It was the older offensive players like Devlin and Jones who resented him early on. But they worked it out.
