His contract doesn’t allow for us to cut him…. So what can we do? Cry and whine about something that we can’t do anything about? Sure, if you still have some growing up to do you can do that. Sorry, but mature adults would chalk it up as a likely loss and hope for the best. The guy got injured, he’s not purposely tanking his play. He didn’t force Beane to draw up that contract. He just signed it. Holding grudges against players for injuries and contracts is just ridiculous. If you hate the contract, you should have beef with Beane. If you hate the player because he got injured and isn’t the same player before the injury, you should have beef with yourself. Reading several of the replies, it looks as if several responders didn’t even take the time to read the OP. Their posts have nothing to do with the topic. It’s like they read the title, saw red thinking about how much they hate Von Miller and vented their disdain for the man. They are fair as long as they come with reasonable expectations. did you expect von to be great this season? I was hoping that he’d be better than he’s been, but I also realized there wasn’t likely. In all likelihood, he was going to ramp up and improve over oct-dec and hopefully be able to contribute at a higher level come playoffs.

Trent Williams- other than shanahan- he’s the most important piece to that team. Take him away and they are close to .500 imo Tyreek Hill- he’s the most dynamic playmaker of this generation. Maybe ever. CMC- the 2nd best playmaker in the game running behind a generational LT who I think is the best player (non QB) in the league. Josh- he’d be mvp and the Bills would be the 1 seed if not for his bad turnovers. Lamar- the best player on what is now the best team in the league. His stats don’t compare to Josh’s, so he’s behind him.

Our top 3 corners and Poyer are all playing pretty dam good. Seems to my like our biggest problem is being properly schemed against on certain plays. I suggest you rewatch the cheifs game. I think he’ll get around 30M gtd 15m aav. If he gets that, I hope it’s not from us. I think he’s perfect where he is right now. Surrounded by a very good DL and only asked to play 40-50% of the snaps. Any team asking him to be their #1 or #2 DL will have buyers remorse. He’s too one dimensional for my taste

What does being paid have to do with Sherfield beating Wilson out and actually playing WR3 while Wilson was watching him from the sideline? Sherfield WAS the Miami WR3 last season. Wilson was the WR4 while getting paid to be the WR3. sherfield played 57% of the snaps wilson played 22%

I agree. That’s why I’m saying 17 has to ball out the next two weeks….and then he’ll be a real contender. I think Trent Williams is the true MVP of this season. I don’t think Tua should even be in the running based on Tyreek being the only reason Tua is having a great season. That said, I wouldn’t mind him winning to hurt their cap sitch as you mentioned. trent tyreek cmc allen lamar thats how I’d rank then this season. lamar is on the better team, Josh is more valuable to his team. yet the mvp isn’t about being the most valuable.
