  1. He’s going to be lining up In the slot. Hence why people are calling him a WR. why do you say that he’s going to be a 50-500-5 TD guy? Who is saying this is what McB is envisioning? Maybe as a rookie- his numbers will resemble that stat line. Going forward, expect much more.
  2. I hope it’s Kincaid but that may not happen until year 2- but he still get my vote because he’s the best middle of the field target
  3. I think/hope that we’ve seen the last of jones as a bill. I will do my best to manifest this. Just as I manifested not drafting Mazi Smith in rd 1.
  4. Not bashing either of them. I thought Duke Johnson was Motor/Cook insurance. I think Murray is Harris insurance. edit: and as @Motorin' pointed out- Murray is more like Yeldon as there’s a good chance he makes the team and is just inactive - as opposed to Duke, who was a PS player.
  5. Rashee Rice says hi. Tremendous pick- maybe not in 2023, but he has the tools going forward. Maybe not an elite WR1, but they won a Super Bowl with similar talent @ WR1.
  6. This is hilarious like so many of your predictable posts. ever think they wanted to resign him for depth- but could afford to pay a backup what he paid him? And if they would offer him the same contract, that he didn’t want to be a depth player anymore? You’re sitting her talking about rodger Saffold. Saffold. Not an offensive lineman. Not a lineman. But Saffold…. Rodger Saffold. He’s been terrible for a couple years now. And you think he may have gelled after one season. You’re reaching for air
  7. For sure- he’s the Harris insurance policy for when he inevitably gets injured
  8. Kelce is a different breed. The best pass catching TE by a wide margin imo- partly in thanks to Andy Reid- partly in thanks to his hard work- loose hips- great hands and football IQ. Truly special. Can’t say anything bad about the guy. I’ll be very happy when he retires. Kincaid has similar physical tools in his loose hips and elite hands. He knows how to find that soft spot in the zone and excels and catching and turning upfield in the same motion. He has what it takes to be great. To be a HoFer. Can he stay healthy? That’s the only question I have about his future. He’s not Travis Kelce- I doubt we’ll see another Kelce as he’s had Reid and Mahomes to help him become the greatest. I do think Kincaid- with the help of Allen- can become one of the best at the position.
  9. Welcome Duke Johnson 2.0-
  10. The bolded- did we not have that defense in October when we went into the game played in KC as 2.5 point favorites? That same game where von Miller dominated on 3rd down after 3rd down in the 4th quarter to hold KC scoreless on their last 2 possessions (and 3 points in the 4th qtr). We had that DL that you speak of. Then von got injured. Daquan got injured. Phillips was injured.
  11. I agree. I wanted Frazier out. I thought he was a huge problem come playoffs. Too predictable and not aggressive enough. Not multiple enough. My point was- you can find stats that be used as evidence in support of most arguments Poor playoff coaching has been a boon in our side, while KCs coaching has been the main reason for their success.
  12. When talking about there being a perceived gap beetween two teams - the comparison starts on the field against each other. I have a problem with there being a perceived gap because I’ve watched the last 3 games the teams have played against each other. We beat you 2 of 3 games in your own house. The only game we lost was due to a miscommunication that resulted in a touchback. We’ve outplayed the cheifs- in their own stadium consistently since the AFCCG beatdown we took. We did that, with old players- we did that with injured players. We did that while Brandon Beane was getting out drafted by Veach every year. there’s a big difference between us keeping our old players and you getting rid of your old players. Our old players are all pro players. Yours were not. Your post doesn’t explain why there is a gap. Your post explains what you’ve done to improve. And you have improved. I will say that the chiefs have 3 major advantages: Kelce (34 years old btw), coaching and GM. Yet we’ve still won 2 of 3 in your house- while being on the short end of this perceived gap. I have nothing but respect for the mini dynasty you’ve built and it all starts up top. Much respect to Reid and Veach. I think Reid is currently the best HC in the league and Veach is a top 2 GM, if not the best. You’ll continue to be a SB contender while they are in charge. And we’ll continue to be right there with you….. beating you in your own stadium while being the preview lesser team—- even though we were -2.5 favorites.
  13. LOL- yes, it was a great question. I appreciate you NOT answering it. I specifically asked “what upgrades did the chiefs make” - I didn’t ask what changes made. They stayed healthy all season. They were even healthy when we beat them in their own house. Injuries matter and they derailed our season and our mental state.
  14. What upgrades to the offense did the chiefs make from 2021 to 2022?
  15. We’ve been SB contender 3 years in a row. The first season: the offense and the defense both failed miserably. The injuries didn’t have much of an impact. The second season- the offense was great and the defense failed miserably. The injuries didn’t play much of an impact on O but we were missing our best defensive player in Tre’Davious The third season - the offense failed miserably. The defense failed miserably. The defense was wrecked by injuries. The offense had no injuries. let’s not pretend that the offense didn’t let us down 2 of 3 years in the playoffs. The offense was terrible vs the chiefs in 2020 and terrible vs the chiefs in 2022. You’d be making a fool of yourself if you’re trying to play the card that it’s all on the D. The offense did its job 1 of 3 potential championship seasons. I know he’s a troll. He should be banned from this site.
  16. No. I don’t believe there a gap between the bills and the team that we would’ve had beaten 3 times in a row in their own home stadium if if weren’t for us NOT kicking the ball short of the end zone with 13 seconds left in a playoff game where we had the lead. One play….. and we beat your boys 3 times in a row….. in your home stadium. you got lucky that our coaching staff epically effed up one moment in time. injuries matter. Wait til you have to play a playoff game without Chris Jones. Actually, I don’t really have to wait. I saw how your team performed in the Super Bowl after you lost Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz. The unit that you thought was good enough to win a Super Bowl…. Wasn’t good enough. It wasn’t good enough to even make it a game. The chiefs got OBLITERATED by the Bucs. Mahomes threw O TDs and 2 ints. The chiefs didn’t score a TD. or you can be an ignorant f*** and pretend like injuries don’t matter. you can pretend that the chiefs are in a different tier, above the Bills. Reality says that you’ve had luck on your side. It won’t last forever. We’ll get ours. 17
  17. You can frame stats however you’d like to frame them my man Nfl scoring defense 2022- 2nd 2021- 1st 2020- 16th 2019- 2nd Since allen has been to QB- the bills have had a top 2 scoring defense 3 out of 4 seasons. 3 of the last 4 years, he’s had a top 2 defense 3 of the last 4 years, he’s had a top 2 defense 3 of the last 4 years, he’s had a top 2 defense what?
  18. Which defense? The one with Von Miller, Micah Hyde and Daquan? Injured Phillips, Ed and Poyer. M Or the one with epenesa, Marlowe and Settle? Coaching and injuries were major components in the meltdown vs Cinci. The defense did pretty well in KC holding them to 3 points in their final 3 possessions. We were outmanned and out game planned vs Cinci imo. the O scored 10 points while being healthy (minus Joshs arm).
  19. Absolutely
  20. We were the #2 scoring defense in the league….. how is that different than being the #2 scoring offense? we had multiple huge injuries on D all season. We had no injuries on offense. thoughts?
  21. I’d say he has 2-3 more years of elite play as long as Reid is there. I see him playing til 38ish. He’s such a stud. I have nothing but respect for that guy.
  22. I hear ya. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love another WR2, I just don’t think it’ll happen. Diggs Davis Shakir Harty Sherfield Shorter With kincaid taking much of the slot reps. I can see us adding along the DL, OT and possibly a LB.
  23. And Andy Reid is 65 and isn’t exactly in good health But people are stupid.
