  1. He just wants to be appreciated. The bills are appreciating him. As am I.
  2. This- very refreshing. He was flawless. Mcdermott should take notes 🤣
  3. I think Miami will be a force- Fangio is a problem. the jets will be fine as long as they can protect AR. The pats are 💩
  4. I agree with all but the bolded. There can be several great offenses in any given season. Only one champion. The bengals great offense scored 20 points to end their season two years in a row. Game plans (good or bad) - Injuries - refs. Lots needs to happen to hoist the Lombardi. Not just great offenses
  5. Regarding the offense wins championships discussion. I agree- offense is the most important aspect of the game at the moment, but in most cases, you still have to field a solid defense and coordinate great game plans if you want to win a lombardi The rams held burrow to 20. The Bucs held Mahomes to 9 The chiefs held the niners to 20 The pats held the rams to 3 the last 10 super bowls- the winning defenses held their opponents to 20 or under in 6 of those games. more recently- the winning defenses held their opponents to 20 or less in 4 of the last 5.
  6. I agree. I say only a 70% chance Bates starts more so because I think Edwards could step in and beat him out, rather than Torrance. my hope is (and all bills fans hope is), that Torrance turns out to be better than expected and hits the ground running. It’s just unlikely
  7. Just stopped working one day. No clue
  8. We all do- In my unprofessional opinion 70% chance Bates starts the season. It’ll be on Torrance to get up to speed with the playbook very quickly. I don’t think his talent will be enough to earn him the job. In time it’ll be his job. The sooner the better
  9. Same. Klein or Dodson to start camp. Hopefully someone else by week 1
  10. https://giphy.com/gifs/pong-wsobp-world-series-of-beer-SKcxqI1GiASU783uT2 i miss Giphy 😢
  11. He’ll play 3 games then break
  12. Diggs, Kincaid, Davis for sure. In most cases, knox. I’m some cases cook- with harris in the backfield In some cases Harty In some cases maybe Shakir In some cases maybe Sherfield the last 4 are unknowns atm. As of now- knox. But that could change location on the field could play a roll.
  13. It really is. There’s a lot of talk about Josh allen not having enough playmakers in the pass game. There was a lot of truth to that last year. The guys that we were counting on didn’t come through and it cost us. Cook and Kincaid are the keys to changing that narrative this season and the future. I really feel that their development will eventually determine our fate. Will cook take his game to a level or two above motor? Will he become the dangerous pass catching back that we had envisioned? Will Kincaid become that safety valve slot/3rd down/red zone dominator that some of us think we have? If they can realize their projected ceiling I think our offense will be in good shape. Ken Dorsey - please take your game to the next level to assist with their ascent
  14. Nah- he just thought he had some upside as potential day 3 pick (that was taken on day 2).
  15. @thebandit27 loved him some Darrynton Evans! Maybe there’s hope 🤣
  16. Same here. Vet minimum and would actually be active on Sundays. Phillips is clearly the better player when available….. yet never available
  17. Surprised it took so long for him to sign. I love me some Brandin Bryant. He was solid when his name was called
  18. I’m claiming you to be. Reading your posts over the years, I respect your opinion more than 95% of the posters here I’m not saying his job was an easy task. It was difficult for sure. McDermott wasn’t pleased with the job he did, so he fired him. I don’t believe he fired as a scapegoat. regarding this quote: “your argument that the DC can be fairly judged by the 'general fan' but the positional coaches are just completely inscrutable is quite something”: As a general fan- I don’t see how we have much insight on how well the job positional coaches do their jobs other than the play of their unit. Data and play calling are all testament to how well coordinators do their job. As a general fan, it’s much easier to formulate an opinion on a coordinator than a positional coach. You can’t disagree with that. I agree with primetime. what do we know about Bobby Babich? He’s a helluva speaker. Sounds like a future DC. But what do we know about the job he did- other than having two good LBers. Was he the reason Edmunds improved and Milano was all-pro? It’s all speculation from a general fan imo. Where as there is more concrete evidence to support claims regarding coordinators
  19. He asked for examples of when Mcdermott threw people under the bus…… rather than answer with an example of him NOT throwing someone under the bus, why not answer with examples of him actually throwing someone under the bus. I’m not saying he did or he didn’t…. I just don’t think your answer makes much sense and proves nothing
  20. You’re one of the brightest football minds on this board. Let’s hear your analysis on Salgado performance in 2022
  21. Weak- not directly is right. It’s so right that you shouldn’t even have posted it. zero relevance to the question that you replied to.
